Time & Dust is an exploration of the expansive and timeless quality music can have. I'm interested in how sound can induce a meditative state, and how music can hold you suspended for long periods of time using minimal means. I'm also interested in the dual dynamic of a lone instrument, stark, pitted against a group. 

The premier took place in May 2015 in San Francisco. It was premiered by One Found Sound (onefoundsound.org, a fantastic chamber orchestra, with soloist Matt Linder (littlemissionstudio.com/team/matthew-holmes-linder/)guest performing.
