when testing a set of instruments for a score i sometimes do this practice: improvise a take on each one of them, without hearing any of the others... unmute all tracks, and save that as a little example as an artist does a palettte 🎨 here's testing particular variations of a #mellotron sampleset -- and new possible pseudotape pathway for the softening of sounds on a beautiful upcoming indie game soundtrack
