This one made special for my sister Nicky :) 

From Nicky, "I played the mix in my Vinyasa class last Sunday and I had created a flow inspired by it so it went really well. There was lots of warrior poses mixed in with triangle and extended side angle alternating with reverse warrior, so lots of big sweeping or windmill arms and it left a little like we were tea pots tipping forward and back which was fun. I basically took out most of the chaturanga / up dog / down dog elements of the traditional vinyasa sequence, and we rocked like teapots instead coming in and out of our warrior poses which felt really cool and it is very different to what I would typically teach. The new beats gave me the courage to try something new in my teaching repertoire :)"

I also used this to teach a sunrise class at the breathtakingly wonderful Punta Mona in Costa Rica.
