This talk from Thich on how to deal with suffering was a really powerful and helpful thing to hear during the process of grieving my cat and I really hope that it can help anyone with their suffering. Because facing it and understanding how others suffer can give rise to compassion, compassion that is ultimately a very freeing and special thing to cultivate. Because we all want to be free from suffering, all sentient beings do! 

I made a song to package the message so that as many people as possible could receive the message.

Understanding is love, but we should not just wish to be understood by others, but instead wish to understand others so that we can love them.
