I meant to be at work but after seeing name of this song i had to stay in car longer glad i did this is epic 

Rauno Lehtinen composed this beautiful song in 1968. In song the person is remembering one of the past summer when he/she was fall in love.
I played this with steel string parlor guitar. Sound was captured with matched pair of condenser microphones. This was first time I used FMR audio`s RNLA7239 hardware compressor helping recording process.
Only little bit of EQ and reverb has been added afterwards.

All in a Summer’s Day

Recorded this today, 5th Jan 2022, wrote it 6th Sept 1999 - as a 19 year old sprite.   Another lyric I found while trawling through piles of old paperwork.  I didn't record it previously, but I was able to quite easily remember the melody and chords.  Seemed weird to remember it like that, but then again I must have played it a lot to myself at the time.

I started singing it lower than it was originally, thinking my voice couldn't handle the higher register, but then I just threw myself into it, and I think managed to pull it off.  Starts in a lower register, but then changed gear, which paid off better than I thought it would.
