Last Friday on Full Circle, as the devastation continues in Gaza, we spoke with a critical care physician and trauma surgeon, Dr. Feroze Sidhwa. He volunteered in Gaza and has returned to share his story. And in California, a thirteen year old Palestinian girl wearing a hijab was attacked and assaulted by a US combat veteran as she and her sister spelt out Free Palestine on a popular sand dune in Monterey County. Part of the assault was caught on video and we share the audio from that. And we spoke with the sister of the young woman as the case headed to court. To close out the show, we spoke with Meres-Sia Gabriel, she is the daughter of Black Panther Minister of Culture, Emory Douglas. Meres-Sia is an artist herself and is performing in her one woman show titled, I Was There Too, A Firsthand Account of Growing Up In The Black Panther Party.
