Now that I'm done with the Gothwitch and Insatiable Void albums, (aside from album art for IV), and 2 tracks I still need to finish for MPR, I'm going to continue my work on my more psychedelic "groovy" project. Old school industrial, acid house, weird techno, maybe some psytrance.

Fusion efficace d'IDM, drum&bass et de breakcore, Alwis joue avec les frontières de la percussion au sein d'un univers électronique dense et hyperactif. Ses productions affichent une maîtrise déconcertante du genre qui se présente comme une rencontre brutale de samples, flux, accords, rythmes et autres vacillations venant de tous les pans.
De son côté, k:i:o:s:k propose un remix débridé qui injecte des résonances dub dans une architecture syncopée et fractionnée. La déconstruction opérée insuffle une profondeur fidèle à l'énergie frénétique qui traverse l'intégralité de la sortie.

Drumcore Vol. 1 marks the return to the producer Alwis. Taking inspiration from iconic video games from the late 1990s — from Wipeout to Jet Set Radio — this EP revives a sense of nostalgia where speed is an aesthetic and original soundtracks are a style in their own right.
Effective fusion of IDM, drum & bass and breakcore, Alwis plays with the boundaries of percussion within a dense and hyperactive electronic universe. His productions display a disconcerting mastery of the genre which presents itself as a brutal encounter of samples, flows, chords, rhythms and other fluctuations coming from all sides.
For its part, k:i:o:s:k offers an unrestrained remix that injects dub resonances into a syncopated and fragmented architecture. The deconstruction adds a depth that is faithful to the frenetic energy that runs through the entire release.
