Release Info: 
STRIDE keeps on leading from the front with label boss and house tastemaker Rony Seikaly back with another huge new single. This one comes with on point remixes from fellow mainstays Bedouin and Audiojack.

Seikaly's Mila is a fresh, kicking house tune with bubbling beats and elastic bass. The chords are warm, the drums makes you move and the whole thing is finished off with a spine tingling male vocal that brings the emotion. Add in cosmic keys and you have a real winner.

Bedouin is a Brooklyn-based production and DJ partnership between nomads Rami Abousabe and Tamer Malki who are creating their own idiosyncratic spell of melodies and rhythms. They have released on the likes of Crosstown Rebels, All Day I Dream and more and here serve up a super remix. It is another one of their famously deep and smoky basement rollers that is designed for pure heady getaways, filled with subtle synths and dreamy pads that are lush and majestic.

Last of all, Audiojack offer a nice dreamy late night vibe with gentled chords and wispy pads all getting you into a romantic mood.

ZOYA - Colours Of Light (Original Mix)

Beginning the month of November in style, Ziger’s Eat My Hat Music welcomes Eleven Of July to the label for his debut EP. Since first emerging just over four years ago, Italian artist August Proto aka Eleven Of July has enjoyed a rapid rise in the world of melodic house & techno. His astral sounds have found favour with &ME, Dj Tennis, Dubfire, Undercatt and more, while landing him releases via Awen Records, Dear Deer, Movement Recordings and Us & Them Records. Now adding Ziger’s Eat My Hat Music to his resume, Eleven Of July debuts on the label with ‘Fearless’. 
Spread across three tracks it’s the electric mood of the title selection which leads the release off. Punchy beats and rippling bass unite for a crunchy low end, while spacey effects and panning percussion add mightily to its arcane nature. The narrative evolves as the main break takes shape, effortlessly transferring energy into a symphonic lead which should not only command the full attention of your dance floor, but perfectly segues into a classy drop and epic finale. 
‘Son Of The World’ follows suit with its machine-gun style groove and devilish percussive arrangements. Robust rhythms carry the rolling foundation, while striking effects and orchestral arps trail across the stereo field. Once again drama and tension are at a premium, as a well-crafted break and timely modulation provide the perfect interlude to precede a prophetic final movement.
The EP concludes with the third and final selection ‘Dream Within A Dream’. Its bulbous kick and shapely underbelly provide a perfect balance of bounce and drive. Arpeggiated rhythms and gaseous textures create a surreal environment as the first act evolves, perfectly setting up a concise and impactful break. Serving to reset the groove, the centrepiece carries its colourful synth phrasing over a bed of buzzing bass, eventually giving way for a wave of noise and heads down finale. It proves to be the perfect conclusion to an impressive selection of tracks from Eleven Of July, an artist who continues to rise with an impressive Eat My Hat debut. Don’t miss it.

Boys from Montenegro are working their way up the scene with massive production and energising music. “Katnic the Great” is the result of another creative blast. After stop playing with his brother, Artur aka RTUR decided to go harder in the musical production. His songs fell into the taste and received support from Tarter of D-EDGE Agency, a consolidated artist from the scene.

Folic State's music explores the tension between light and dark, formulating expansive soundscapes among warm, driving percussion. In late 2019 he was handpicked by techno icon Dubfire as one of the finalists of the SCI+TEC mentoring competition. Over the years, his sound has reached the epitome of abstract sophistication. David Schirmeister was born in 1990 in Berlin. When he was about six years old he started imitating instruments and noises with his mouth, that helped him to have groove and rhythm in his blood.
In 2012, for the first time, he took part in the Beatbox Championship in Berlin, an amazing experience that helped David to realize immediately that music would play an important role in his life.
In 2013 his passion grew and he started to invest his time learning DJing, but not only. He started to create and play his own music productions, becoming a techno producer.
Today David is totally focused on electronic music production in his own recording studio in Berlin. 
In the years, David played in different clubs in Berlin, including Weisser Hase, Polygon Club, Magdalena Club, Void Club, MBIA Club, Birgit & Bier and also around the Europe, like Switzerland, Czech Republic and Portugal. 
In 2020 he founded his Techno label "8lackbox" with the idea to give space to new artists, helping them to express their own style and ideas out-of-the-box.
He recently won the "Track Contest" of SINEE Institut and Analogue Audio with his track "Censored", that will be released soon on the german label.

Having shared the decks with everyone from Cubicolor to Martin Roth, and having a debut EP on Bedrock earlier this year, Canada's juSt b is swiftly becoming a name too hard to ignore. Her debut release on Balance delivers an exceptionally cerebral track that will sit flush in many sets. Also featured are four quality remixes that take in everything from deep techno, to breaks and more…

The deep beat on 'Light Sweeper' is undeniable with its mysterious energy. Glacial synths sweep the top end while being punctured by pondering piano stabs. There is bipolar nature to the production: warm and enveloping in the lows yet cold and wintry in the highs. It's a steady rhythm intent on intoxicating you.

The @audioglider remix reconstitutes the original into a thick, almost Amen breaks like direction. The synths are blown up to an optimal size and layered into a melodic sequence, keeping the original mystery. The breakdown is progressive house bliss, melancholy without being saccharine, before crashing back into the rhythm with added vocal by juSt b and soaring strings.

@jameswelsh's deep techno take is filled with percolating percussive hits and melodic arps weaving in and out of each other with total abandon. Featuring a considerably bigger kick, this is one to kickstart the main room.

The @mattrmusic remix starts off minimal with a deep meta physical engine, a hulking rhythm that slowly moves forward. Two separate breakdowns introduce a rising melody soaked in emotion, and the latter explodes into a 4/4 pattern that will sound divine on a dusty festival dancefloor.

If you're after the perfect opening track, look no further than the elegant remix from @ev3rsun. With its delightful opening 2 minute sequence, it is one part ambient and one part secret waiting to be told. It breaks into a gentle rhythm that sets the mood for what's to follow.

Founded originally as a boutique electronic music blog in 2012 in India, now crossing borders in Berlin, Getting Deeper has organically grown and consistently delivered authentic music with genres such as deep house, deep tech, minimal, IDM, downtempo, trip-hop and techno.
