Look forward toward a new beginning, a new start and a beautiful new year filled with opportunity we have curated our discography from 2021/2022 to bring you our second compilation of artists named MYR "Collection Two".

Featuring an exquisite selection of Deep House, Techno and seductive shades of electronica our family of MYR artists contributed a monumental amount of quality music during 2021/2022 with stellar releases and remixes from Hanna Haïs, Juli Lee, Kaiser Waldon, Nesker, Ivo Deutschmann, Scotty Cal and label owner Goeran Meyer.

Looking toward the new year we reflect back on the emotions and sounds we love. We hope you enjoy this selection of great music and we look forward to our new release schedule of 2023.

Evosonic Radio was the world's first independent radio station for electronic music, which could be received via cable and satellite from 1997 to 1999. 
Evosonic Radio did not submit to the conventions of format radio, but gave its music editors and DJs a lot of freedom. 
This concept, unique in Germany, won the "German Dance Award" in the "Best Medium" category in January 2000. Chris-Maico Schmidt aka Mike S., who was responsible for the music played most of the time as program director, accepted this award. 15 years later he founded Evosonic Records. Today, as then, Chris-Maico Schmidt makes sure that the label does not submit to any conventions and that his artists have the freedom that is indispensable for the one same goal: high musical quality - then as now.

As an instructor at VibrA School of DJing, he taught music production with Ableton and DJing from 2004 to 2018. 
He was resident DJ at OZ-Stuttgart, Cave Club-Salzburg. Co-owner of Delirium Record Shop, Stuttgart. He currently lives in Cologne, Germany.
