Ouvala are Ian Hawgood and Tim Diagram, their first album "Psychology Of Colour" was released on Fluid Audio in 2016.

Ouvala "Multiperspectivity" is the most-recent handiwork and features nine collaborative pieces, thrown back and forth several times. It is a characteristic of sound, short stories and mystical adventures where both musical perspectives are projected to the listener.

All songs written, recorded & mixed by Ian Hawgood and Tim Diagram 2016-2018 on location in Japan, Poland and the UK.

I love to learn new things. New instruments, new vocal styles, new methods of expression.
Getting an idea of what's representative might take some time for an observer but I hope it's worth your time.
I guess in a broad sense I'm a producer.
I have a home studio mentality, where I have started with the best instruments I could afford at the time and over a few decades gradually build up from there.
I've been drawn to many instruments and artists, which has made me very inspired to create.

I'm grateful for the privilege I have to be able to play, sing and direct my music from every point of view.
It's an understatement to say that 2020 has been unusual for everyone, to say the least, but I'm looking to step up significantly in terms of music production quality and hopefully quantity. 
My music has been a serious hobby for a long time, but it doesn't feel right to leave it there. It just feels natural to go deep on music while I'm in lockdown.
