Intercell was established in 2015 and emerged from an illegal rave on the outskirts of Amsterdam. It critically balances audiovisual elements with club intimacy while taking a diverse approach to the new era of electronic music – introducing new talent to renowned artists, focusing on fresh collaborations and (co)curations, and pushing the scope of local scenes by broadcasting worldwide.

As one of the most iconic artists of her generation, Ellen Allien embodies the core ethos of techno: a visionary who looks to the future for inspiration, carving out her own niche and presiding over an empire that has imbued techno, and dance music culture, with her unique DNA.
As well as running two labels (BPitch and UFO Inc.) and performing regularly at prestigious clubs and festivals all over the world she is also an accomplished producer with eight solo albums under her belt and an extensive catalogue of singles, EPs and remixes.

Patrick Hodgson is a London born and based artist has that spent his life absorbing the best underground music culture London has had to offer; Pirate radio, record shops, tape packs, Jungle raves, Hardcore history and soundsystem culture pumps through his veins.

After many years of progression, regression and discovery, this musical heritage plus a deep resonance with Techno has evolved into the hybrid sound he is currently preparing to share with the world.

Patrick has remixed Maya Jane Coles’ Nocturnal Sunshine project, Roni Size & Krust’s first EP of the re-launched Full Cycle Records and the African band Afriquoi, whilst also fitting in appearances at a selection of festivals including Glastonbury UK, Secret Garden UK, Bestival UK, Off-Sonar ESP, Dimensions Croatia and Horizon Bulgaria.

His productions have earned him BBC Radio 1 and Rinse FM airplay throughout the years and earned him support from DJs such as Adana Twins, Maya Jane Coles, Robert Hood and many more.

He continues his dedication at delivering finely tuned original music, that showcase an expression of the Soundsystem influenced sound he has projected so far, whilst exploring ever-new creative dimensions that contribute to the sound of Patrick Hodgson.

7th Storey Projects was founded in 2009 by Simon Hesford as a passion project with a focus on unearthing and re-releasing classic old skool hardcore, jungle, and drum and bass music from the 90s. Inspired by the iconic labels Ninety Two Retro and Sublogic Recordings amongst others, the label initially aimed to help maintain interest in these iconic sounds and prevent them from fading into obscurity. However, over time, 7th Storey Projects evolved as much into a platform for modern-day productions that capture the essence of these older styles, driven by the wealth of new musical talent that needed a space to showcase their work.

In 2011, the label expanded by launching an online store, which not only sold its own releases but also featured music from other independent labels. This move helped increase the label’s visibility and contributed to its involvement in the wider underground music community.

A significant moment in the label’s history came with the launch of the Globex Corp series in 2016, which showcased the incredible talents of Tim Reaper and Dwarde, among others.

The series quickly became a success, running for ten volumes and further establishing 7th Storey Projects as a respected name for modern takes on the classic sounds of hardcore, jungle, and drum and bass.

Over the years, 7th Storey Projects has collaborated with an impressive roster of influential artists, including Tim Reaper, Coco Bryce, Equinox, The Invisible Man, FFF, Peter Darker (Kid Lib), Sonar’s Ghost, and many more, releasing music that spans from authentic nostalgic throwbacks to fresh, modern interpretations of old skool sounds.

After taking a hiatus from 2021 to 2025, 7th Storey Projects is now returning with renewed energy, continuing its commitment to supporting artists who bridge the gap between the past and present in the world of hardcore, jungle, and drum and bass.
