Aaaarr, here’s the recording of that set I played at the Dubstation 3 to 6 AM on Saturday night!
After a wobbly start, I slowly settled into the flow🤹🏻‍♀️. It felt so good to dive into bass music and let the rising sun carry the vibe.
dropped some of my alltime favorite tunes old companions that always find their way back into the mix. As the first light crept over the horizon, something shifted: the energy changed, the music opened up, and towards the end things became more playful and a little more offbeat , just how I like it.

in this eternal unraveling in the miracle of life I am blessed with, I was asked to play at 
Kwia by Elisa, for her event series @weich-berlin, back when it was a fairly new space in Berlin.
This happened after we both tattooed at this crazy festival in a castle, where rich people with private jets attended. We done almost no tattoos, but loved hanging out in the bathroom studio we built. This is where she complimented me on my music taste, which led to her inviting me weeks later. 
It was my debut as a dj, as I had only played b2b with Xaos at the beloved hacking convention prior. The castle is also where I met Silk.

In a moment where festivals blur into a constant scroll of names and posters, Ouroboros has always felt anchored to something more elemental. Tucked into the Cantal wilderness, it operates like a temporary ecosystem, built on trust between artists, crews, and the land itself. Toé sits at the center of that orbit. As a DJ, producer, and co-architect of the festival’s identity, her presence carries a quiet authority. The same sensibility runs through Soma Animae, her personal platform that reads like a field journal, and through Chimaera, the Eyes Wide Open radio show she curates for LYL. Spend a little time with her work and the through-line becomes clear. Nature is not an aesthetic reference point here. It is the operating system.

That context matters when listening back to her set from this year’s Ouroboros, now part of our Delayed with series. Peak hour on paper, but the usual signals are intentionally bypassed. Instead of release-driven drama, Toé builds a flexible structure where tension is constantly adjusted, stretched, and rebalanced. Acid pressure appears and dissolves, depth gives way to propulsion, grooves are allowed to settle before being nudged elsewhere. Ouroboros’ connection to its surroundings has always shaped how sound functions there, and Toé navigates that dynamic instinctively. The forest is not a backdrop but a participant, absorbing and reflecting the pulse coming from the sound system. For those two hours, the exchange holds steady, neither side dominating. What you hear in this set is that equilibrium, electronic music meeting the physical world without either one blinking first.

A favorite of many whose much-lauded releases on labels such as Astral Industries, Hypnus, Samurai Music and QEONE form a universe of unparalleled depth all their own, here the otherworldly talent gathers his inspirations into a divine exploration of shifting wavelengths and rhythms in delicate orbit, heavy in its pull and shimmering gracefully like vapor upon the frost. Back with the first VIBRATIO)))NS mix of the year, as we move to a monthly format moving forward, & I couldn't be happier to share this mix that I've been sitting on for a few months.

To know Lou is to know a person so musically attuned to themselves, to sound & their surroundings. I've had the fortune of meeting her through possibilities studios, a bastion of community in the heart of Amsterdam. The space is a welcoming & flourishing oasis in the city that puts collaboration first & foremost, & this ethos is something very present with how Lou operates.

Her ability to move sound from the most fragile notes to the most (positively) overwhelming frequencies is a marvel, & I'm so happy she said yes to being part of this series. What you are about to listen to do is enchanting.

Here's the mix in her own words:
"the past year has been musically very transformative. i’ve gained clarity over the sounds that i want to develop in my practice. sound system inspired, navigating between space and pressure with strong influence from the natural world. 

each show and each mix has been one food forward in this direction, figuring out how to make this sound mine. the length of this mix however, really allowed me to take this exploration further, giving space to build a full narrative across this musical world. 

for a long time, i’ve been playing with the idea of recording a mix which would represent a forest walk and in a way, this is the ultimate forest walk. starting slow, discovering this forest, step by step getting sucked in. before you know it you’re exploring landscapes you might have never seen before and feeling its energy, caring and mysterious at the same time. "

"You can expect a tribal, psychedelic blend of House, Goa and Psy influences, mainly with an old-school feel. It’s hard to tell where one genre ends and the other begins, it all flows together. This mix stands out from our usual ones, being a bit less dark and serious as it focuses strongly on this specific aesthetic we’ve been wanting to explore for a while. Most of the tracks are over 20 years old, yet they still feel completely timeless to us. Even though the BPM is slower than on our new EP, the overall vibe still connects. Hope you enjoy the mix!

Our latest entry welcomes London's TSUNIMAN, whose reputation as one of the city's most beloved selectors long preceded our chance to finally meet during last year's Draaimolen. Conjuring a full spectrum of emotion while maintaining a sense of weightless propulsion throughout, the degree of craft and care within this mix is tremendous, and the result is pure sonic alchemy.
