The pandeireteiras, or cantareiras, are a female musical group, typical of traditional Galician music, which uses tambourines as the main instrumental accompaniment.
Jota de Couto is a song collected by the Asociacion Volta do O Agro, a traditional Galician group. 
It was a collaboration between Javier Piñeira and Victor Villamor with Volta do Agro.

Audric is the consummate musician, a musician's musician, and the top guitar expert in Philadelphia.  So I was again thrilled when he joins me here on our original, It's Not What It Seems.  With a handoff of the framework, Audric went to work - completely inspired - and turned it into this.   Not only the guitar, but additional keys, percussion, structure and ideas.   There's a lot to listen to here - from the spectacular initial guitar work to the harmonic structure and lines.
