The Flame

Original titled P45 Blues (they do say write about what you know), the lyrics speak for themselves really. I don’t claim to be the world’s best singer, I can pretty much sing in tune and on time so I'm half way there.

I was lucky enough to have two fantastic musicians collaborate with me on this; Stewart Cranston plays a wonderful Dobro throughout the track, he also threw in an awesome guitar solo for good measure. Secondly Colin Kerr, I've looked up to Colin as the setter of the bench mark. Colin did a first rate job adding three guitar parts (4 if you count the bass, the man is a genius!

Needless to say the track would have been a pale imitation of a blues song without the help of my friends, I'm honoured to have you play on my song

I was co-founder of Booze 'n' Blooze .

I'm first and foremost a Songwriter.  I was double finalist in the UK song contest 2011 with two different songs, Finalist in the USA song of the year contest 2012 and have a co-written track on a USA Country album.
