I have been a fan of U2 for a long time and I had Rattle and Hum on cassette back in the 80s. However, for some reason I didn't know that Bob Dylan co-wrote this song and only found out recently. I sang the words on memory and ad libbed a bit so they may not be 100% accurate. Hope you enjoy!

This one came together fast!  Terry had this cool idea he sent over saying it was in D# minor pentatonic, so I was already excited when reading that as the minor pentatonic is where lots of guitarists cut their teeth.  
About a day and 1/2 later and it was done.  Sorta fell out of the sky-  so thanks to Terry and to the infinite cosmic fountain for this one!  It's the latest in the Texas Tea collabs and it's called 'True Story'

In the oldest Buddhist sutras, on which several contemporary western Theravada teachers rely, it refers to the development of an investigative and luminous mind which is equanimous and mindful. In the yogic traditions, and the Buddhist commentarial tradition on which the Burmese Vipassana movement and the Thai Forest tradition rely, it is interpreted as a meditative absorption or trance, attained by the practice of dhyāna

  This is a song that Josh wrote on the piano during JJ's hiatus back in August. He got Ken to play the drums, very competently, as always. After Josh had a solid beat, he added the bass. Then he asked Stephen to play some sitar, and add his magic to the brew. Then, we asked MD to come up with some vocals, which he did in his very original, unique style. Finally, after MD had added his vocals, Tez put on the finishing touches with his flaming guitar. Tez also mixed and produced this one for us, expertly. 

  Josh didn't know what to do with this one because Steve gave it a shot, but we couldn't get the idea to gel together. We thought it would be relegated to the shelf, until Miller agreed to give it a whirl. If you're not a lyric reader, I suggest you start with his songs, mainly on his page, but here, as well. However, we did keep Steve's intro vocals, which you hear at the very beginning. We hope you enjoy listening to this as much as we did making it.
