"I am love" is a self-love song. In the immediate aftermath of my father's suicide, I began a daily practice of meditation in hopes of understanding my own depression & anxiety. Four years later, meditation has not only helped me to understand my mental illness, but it has helped me to heal and opened my life up in the most beautiful ways. "I am love" speaks to this journey.

The song was recorded live, solo and in one take - a departure from the studio albums I have released along with my bandmates in Big Infinite. This was intentional. I wanted the song to be raw, real and flawed... representative of my journey toward acceptance and an unconditional self-love.
