Echoes from the planet Venus have been detected and now we set off on a journey to discover the source of  these mystifying sounds.

The sun is shining, a warm breeze gently caresses our cheeks, and our flight crew make an extremely chilled out impression!

It seems that conditions are perfect for this journey to our hot planet neighbour.

Recently Martin aka @neobeo  reached Singnale from Venus.
He couldn't ignore these signs and it didn't take two light seconds to sit behind his cockpit to create the soundtrack for a wonderful, adventurous journey towards Venus.
He had to go far into the music universe to find all the tracks in a format suitable for travel, refined them with the voice of Andy Snatch, flute and other magical means so that we can now sit comfortably and buckle the seat belts according to the instructions of the crew.
Would have thought that we could still travel at Easter ......!

Kürzlich haben Martin aka ɳeoƁeơ Singnale von der Venus erreicht.
Diese Zeichen konnte er nicht ignorieren und es hat keine zwei Lichtsekunden gedauert um sich hinter sein Cockpit zu setzen um den Soundtrack für eine wunderbare, abenteuerliche Reise in Richtung Venus zu kreiren.
Er musste weit in das Musik Universum hinaus, um alle Tracks in reisetauglichem Format zu finden, hat sie mit der Stimme von Andy Snatch, Flöte und anderen magischen Mitteln so verfeinert, so das wir uns jetzt bequem setzen können und den Anweisungen der Crew gemäss die Sitzgurte anschnallen.
Wär hätte gedacht, dass wir an Ostern doch noch reisen können......!

After a little summer break it is about time to reanimate our podcast series and serve you again with some cozy music for your home comforts. With slowly getting into winter mood we’re happy to share with you the perfect soundtrack for snuggling into the most comfy spot on the couch, made by no other than our all-time inspirer Matti aka @mattmosphere, master of chill mixtapes and connaisseur of the unconventional. He presents us an eclectic and soul soothing selection of tunes somewhere between Ambient, Balearic and Vaporwave. Calming genres that combine gentle instrumentation here and there with bird chirping, water dribble, wind noises and fire crackling - music made by lush nature that carries us back to the sunny days. Arising from some beautifully nostalgic reconnections you indeed feel his dedication to the abundance of a lush island, as Matti mentioned the „Schlaraffenland“, the land of milk an honey, a place that allows you to sit back, relax and float. M.RUX records legendary set after legendary set, and he's back after some time since his last one, joining us for our birthday número cinco. Soulful, bluesy, world exotica, misty psychedelia and of course, crazy good drums. 

"It's all framed in by samples of Georges Perec and Bernard Queysanne's film:
"Un Homme Qui Dort" from 1974 
which to seems fit our current situation pretty well."

Connecting for such a special moment, the artwork comes from a collab between collage geniuses Ventral is Golden and Dima Rabik. Their visual work is enchanting and them working together for this is just heartwarming.

Lemonella presents Afterhour Sounds Podcast Nr. 204 Xmas Special

For this episode we are so delighted to be featured by @phil_wee. His humble character, down-to-earth mentality and social-critical attitude makes him a true companion for us. 

From a very young age on he just felt a deep connection to music. Growing up Phil always was surrounded by it due to his dad collecting records diligently. By the age of 15, inspired by a close friend, Phil taught himself how to play bass guitar and took on a more active role in music.
For him it can be used to express everything for which there are no words. An endless, ever new space of tones, harmonies, rhythms, emotions, silence and so much more. Not to forget music is also a channel for all the turmoil of everyday life.

For Phil there is an inner thread of listening and experiencing that resonates for him as a DJ in other people’s music. Not knowing what exactly this energy is he follows this path almost unconditionally. Almost means that there is this occasional inner stop sign stating: "You can't do it like that"… But his authentic vision is clear: “I would be happy if someday I could say unconditionally – Just do it: Press PLAY and GO!

Phil’s style of music is influenced from sounds stretching all over the world. For him it is important to use the privilege as a DJ to support artists globally. Not only by buying their music but also to address imbalances and inequalities in the music business. @phil_wee stands for more social justice but not in a context of an unconnected "everything-happy-world" that ignores real life circumstances.

The Electronic Brunch is the first project of our young collective. 

In 2019 haben wir das Hand aufs Herz Kollektiv gegründet mit dem Ziel, eine lokale Plattform für kreativen Austausch zu schaffen. 
Ob musikalisch, gestalterisch oder kulturell wollen wir jedem eine Bühne geben, sich und seine Arbeit zu präsentieren.
Als Grundpfeiler unseres Schaffens gelten für jenes und alle weiteren Projekte die Themen Nachhaltigkeit, Regionalität und Gemeinschaft.
Der Electronic Brunch ist dabei das erste Projekt unseres jungen Kollektives.
