For this episode we have the wonderful @samerodehh as a guest. Samer comes originally from Amman/Jordan but lives in FFM now. He describes himself as always interested in sounds and the people behind these sounds. These artist who always push the boundaries further and further to give us new experiences. Expressing emotions happens in so different ways...

After arriving in Frankfurt one and half years ago, Samer took the chance to dig deeper into music. Experience new cultures, and listen to their stories through sounds pushed him to play music. Music that describes Samer the most. 

For him: it’s simply a different way of communication and sharing :)

Oliver Rottmann was born and raised in Vienna, Austria, and came into contact with electronic music at the age of 18. Inspired by Berlin-based music labels he created a unique style somewhere between House, Melodic Deep House and Techno. Starting from playing only for his closest friends, his reputation grew and the locations changed from basement parties to underground clubs. During the last years, he was pleased to play at some of the best underground clubs in Vienna, before moving to New York trying to pursue his passion for DJing. In addition, Oliver Rottmann is the co-owner of the wonderful Vienna-based Downtempo label, Heimlich Musik. ENJOY!

Once in a while I combine and make live saxophone Dj sets.

New year - new set! :DDD
With this spontaneous musical journey I wish you all a loving and truthful year 2021. What exciting times...without words. In the last few months my personal musical output wasn't been really in focus as I prepared myself for a self-sufficient future. Actually, I've been waiting and preparing for this scenario for half my life. I’m very grateful and so it was a great pleasure to play a spontaneous New Year's Eve set on the beautiful Costa de la Luz - Andalusia with a small caravan-tribe after a long time of not playing live. I didn't expect it to unfold so phääät. It all felt into place so nicely... and so some happy, colorful off-grid-lovers came together and created a welcoming space. At 8pm I sat down to my promo emails, some collected songs from the past two months and went through a few unreleased Monada gems from our awesome artists and at 10pm I was ready for a completely improvised journey. I love mixing sets with tracks that are almost unknown to me, so I'm able to start completely untethered and free. Free mind - free heart!
Et voilà.. here is my deep trippy slowtech New Year’s Eve mix à la San Miguel. :))) Okay, before I write a novel here.... enjoy the set & much fun listening. In 2019, we founded the "Hand aufs Herz Kollektiv" with the vision to build a local platform for creative exchange. 
Whether musical,cultural or artistic we want to give everyone a stage to present themselves and their work. The cornerstones of our work are sustainability, regionalism and community.
The Electronic Brunch is the first project of our young collective. 

In 2019 haben wir das Hand aufs Herz Kollektiv gegründet mit dem Ziel, eine lokale Plattform für kreativen Austausch zu schaffen. 
Ob musikalisch, gestalterisch oder kulturell wollen wir jedem eine Bühne geben, sich und seine Arbeit zu präsentieren.
Als Grundpfeiler unseres Schaffens gelten für jenes und alle weiteren Projekte die Themen Nachhaltigkeit, Regionalität und Gemeinschaft.
Der Electronic Brunch ist dabei das erste Projekt unseres jungen Kollektives.
