This is my single: Dante's Inferno ft. Drew Duggan. This is an original song that is written, produced and recorded by Calyx Kre, Astral Realm Beats and Drew Duggan (DVLP Academy). 

Dante’s Inferno is a dark, defiant anthem about surviving a modern-day descent into Hell — not the mythological one, but the social one.
Inspired by the structure of Dante’s journey, the song explores what it feels like to be labeled, misrepresented, and reduced to a rumor that takes on a life of its own. It reflects on a smear campaign that began in high school — where assumptions replaced truth, and repetition was treated as evidence.

At the time, I was invited into what was considered the “popular” crowd — a group that, in hindsight, wasn’t popularity at all, but insecurity bonding with insecurity. I declined. I chose not to participate in an environment centered on drugs, alcohol, and tearing others down for social currency.

While some focused on bullying, I focused on contribution.
I lettered in cheerleading.
I received the Most Inspirational Award.
I earned my diploma.
The contrast speaks for itself.

Years later, when I began building a following on SoundCloud and taking my music seriously, some of the same individuals who once helped construct the narrative resurfaced. Messages claiming they “missed me.” Familiar names reappearing just as growth began.

But growth invites scrutiny.
“Dante’s Inferno” questions intention.
Is it reconciliation — or reputation management?
Is it support — or proximity to something rising?
The song confronts the absurdity of how easily reputations are formed. When did speaking to someone in a hallway become proof of something scandalous? When did visibility become guilt? Who decided they were authorities on human interaction?

At its core, Dante’s Inferno is about refusing to sell your soul for acceptance. It is about recognizing that projection often says more about the accuser than the accused.
When people claim your success isn’t real, the real question becomes: who is actually living in reality?
The ones still numbing themselves and tearing others down —
or the ones who chose discipline, earned recognition, built a platform and kept ascending?

This song is not revenge.
It is record-keeping.
It documents survival.
It documents alignment.
It documents the choice to build instead of destroy.
Like Dante, I walked through the fire — but I did not stay.

You are clearing karmic romantic patterns, stepping into your authentic voice, and aligning with a soul-level union that matches your destiny — but only if you release control, ground yourself, and trust divine timing.
This is not about chasing someone.
This is about becoming the version of you who is unshakeable.
And once you stabilize into that?
Attraction happens naturally.
