In this free flow talk, I go more in depth on the topic of disconnection and in what ways it might have manifested in your life and how it can be experienced. Furthermore, the importance of processing your feelings, learning to hold space for yourself and love yourself unconditionally by being there for yourself, especially when things feel dark and heavy. But also knowing how to decompress and take better care of yourself on a deeper level, making better aka healthier choices for yourself during those times. 

It takes a lot of courage, strength, and stamina to really be present with all that is. Doing the inner (shadow) work is the only way to solve your problems at the core. Otherwise, we are just fighting and trying to fix the symptoms, meaning the results of all the pain we carry inside. So, be gentle and kind to yourself. The invitation is to stop looking for anyone or anything external to numb your pain or fill up the void, but to be brave and start looking inside. One baby step at a time. In that way, you will learn to face your fears and pains, if not alone then with some support of your choosing, and in time you will know how to move through with more ease and confidence.
