Chakra Balancing Yoga Nidra Practice with Sounds of Nature

The Astral Realm contains sub-dimensions where each one reflects the level of consciousness and vibration of the inhabitants contained therein. The Upper Astral is the place where we can meet angels, archangels and masters from the higher realms. The Higher Astral is where we find various temples of healing and schools of spiritual light and wisdom. The Middle Astral is the place where we often go during the dream state. These realms can be very beautiful and full of light and magic. We can also touch the Lower Astral in the dream state especially when going through a difficult period in our lives. The Lower Astral vibrates at the lowest levels of consciousness. We could think of this place in terms of being the collective repository of ‘evil’ of humanity. Here can be found entities and groups of beings that work within the energy fields of fear, rage, hatred, deceit, helplessness, black magic and so on.

The Astral/Dreaming Body is connected to the Heart chakra and it is the 4th layer of the aura that surrounds the etheric, emotional and mental bodies. It is with the Astral Body that we enter the dreamstate and can journey through the Astral Planes. Astral Travelling can also be called Astral Projection, an Out-of-Body Experience or OBE, and it can be called shamanic journeying. 

In this transmission we go to a Temple of Light in the Higher Dimensions of Venus where we clean up the Astral Body, repairing it where necessary and then channelling ascension light codes from the Sun into your Astral Body to help you release any attachments to the Lower Astral Planes and thus orientate you towards the Higher Octaves of the Astral Plane and beyond.

Repairing and Upgrading the Astral/Dreaming Body Transmission

Often change can catch us off guard. It comes like a gust of strong wind and blows away the ideas and structures we have worked so hard at building. Sitting in the rubble we tend to forget the part of us that had been crying out for this very thing. We wish we could take back our secret prayers and scramble to put back the pieces of the comfortable existence we once had. 
When faced with great change we must trust what comes budding forth. We must quickly release our grasp on the old and familiar in order to plant our new garden. Resisting change is futile. The longer we fight our current and therefore only reality, the longer we remain in limbo, trapped somewhere between the past and future, far from the present. All change has been called forth from our soul our lesson is to learn to honor the knowledge of your divine being.

The Live Awake podcast helps bring you back to your grounded center through reflection and guided meditation. 

This podcast lends a new outlook to some of life's hard landscape. Perspective is everything, and by choosing to live awake to all that blooms in front of us we begin to live a more empowered life where joy becomes our natural state of being rather than something we occasionally stumble upon.  Through living awake we become conscious participants in our life’s unfolding.

At the end of each episode you will be guided through a short meditation on the topic at hand to help loosen the spots we can feel victim to. By doing this we come to understand we can choose not our usual, painful unconscious habits but instead to live from a place of grounded awareness, free from suffering.  

Live awake is for all those devoted to their hearts, devoted to the soul behind their ribs that came here to grow and expand, to all those devoted to learning, respecting and honoring the ways they are being called to do so. 

It is a place where one can come to close their eyes and rest a while on their breath, and see all they trouble and toil alongside is truly a gold lined cloud, holding a message of great hope and learning cradled within it.
