Loch Kelly, M.Div., LCSW, is a meditation teacher, licensed psychotherapist, creator of a mobile meditation program and author of two award-winning books. A graduate of Columbia University, he studied with world renowned meditation teachers in Sri Lanka, India and Nepal and is affiliated with Adyashanti. He has collaborated with neuroscientists at Yale, UPenn and NYU to study how awareness training can enhance compassion, and founded the nonprofit Effortless Mindfulness Institute.
