'Allow Me To Interject/Allow God To Interject...' is well overdue in the long line of releases due to be put out. Getting these off for people to hear and the songs reach who its meant for in encouraging progressive though as best I know how in this capacity I am presently I couldn't keep hold of these songs that I allowed to to come through me in terms of messages streamed through me not from me. 
With all the that's taken place and still taking place in our current lives I feel where God interject in our lives we need allow what feels right though hard to interject in our lives be it through work, family, school, conversation, relationships, diet, etc we can find something profound pivotal enough to steer our minds and lives to process information with well rounded perspectives in seeing who and what we are. 
My Intro kinda sums up... 

The Title is parallel to the current state of affairs in the world where its felt our opinions and thoughts are not our own and feeling this way I aimed to come from a place not judging but giving another perspective in allowing ourselves to be seen in everything and choosing what purpose are we going to serve. I don't know what to write and am rambling... Just please lend an ear and I hope my message translates in a positive way in stimulating some thought for progress and actual change. 

LGN producer Ocelot blessed me over the years with beats and as he progressed I myself responded in practicing and exercising my mind to lay out some thoughts I allowed to stop my train of thought and write about it with a few features from the family.

This is my first cover song that I’ve recorded ,
It was recorded/mixed/mastered by Clumsy Alien Records .

The lead guitar was written by my good and very talented friend Phil Graham .

Dock of the Bay

Hailing from West London, Matthew conceptualised the idea of One Man in the spring of 2014, when he found him self immersed in the endless possibilities of his looping station. By accessing the trinity of himself, guitar and loop station Matthew utilised this as a way of meditation, a tool to reach out to a elevated state of mind. Struck by a realisation that he could create an expansive yet emotional soundscape through a mixture of acoustic and electronic means, Matthew soon wanted to share his experience with everyone. “My sound is to explore the limitations that can be made with this process by using interesting techniques and effects to create new sounds. However I try to make music outside of these limitations as well to have as versatile yet coherent sound to avoid becoming a novelty” described by Matthew One Man. 
After wowing the hometown crowds in early 2016, Matthew soon embarked onto a string of live dates known as the “Couch Surfing Open Mic Tour”. The tour consisted of Matthew playing key open mic slots in Brighton, Bournemouth, Nottingham and London. The success of the tour inspired Matthew to record and release his first EP Lo-Fi Ambient in mid 2016. Recorded only in single takes in a shed based in Matthew’s back garden, he was able to capture the energy and passion of his live performances. “It’s all about the journey and finding ways to surprise people. I want the audience to feel a series of emotions and to lose themselves in the music” as described by Matthew One Man. 
Upping the ante in 2017, Matthew performed at a collection of festivals across the UK including Basingstoke Live, Small World and Gladestonebury. Achieving wide success during the festival season, he was asked to play a set for the prestigious Sofar Sounds in London. Matthew also decided to take One Man to the next level but collaborating with singer songwriter Ben Denny Mo, who featured on tracks such as “Cantonese Love” and “Let Me Be Blind”. The addition of vocals added a new and exciting dynamic to an already progressive and passionate act. Looking back on how far Matthew has come, from honing his craft in his back garden shed to creating music for film, releasing an EP and touring across the UK. Matthew One Man has big ambitions for 2018. Progressing at an exponential rate, Matthew is proud to announce a video premiere and UK tour for Summer 2018.
