It's Frankie and Annette material that will get your feet moving forward and your mind moving back in time...not always a bad thing. It's about a guy in love with a girl and he doesn't mind being out of his mind in his asylum for two. New surf music from the '60s now in the 21st century.

Man gets depressed with work-a-day world so flies off to Mexico where he consumes too much tequila but then meets a beautiful Mexican girl and falls deeply in love. But then he has to return to his real life; years later, he still laments the love he left -- his Tequila Cecelia.

Classic story of romantic break up and heart break. Woman laments loss of her love so she does what many people do: sits in her apartment drinkin' and smokin' and feelin' alone. Nice lyrics and instrumentation in my view. What do you think? 

Smokin' Drinkin' Feelin' Alone

The classic song with one of the best melodies of all time. The lyrics were written in 1910 by Frederic Weatherly and refitted to the tune Londonderry Air in 1913. To my surprise, the song works well recovered in a dream pop vein with female vocals. You must hear the beautiful female chorus!!

Danny Boy

Many may not know that the original House of the Rising Sun lyrics were written in the 1920s and represented a song popular with American miners of the day. The lyrics differ somewhat from the popular versions recorded in the '70s. Since the original lyrics were written 100 years ago, the song is now copyright free as long as renditions do not infringe on previous artists. This version does not.
