There was a young Japanese girl who lived in a bustling city in Japan. She was known for her quiet and reserved nature, always keeping to herself as she went about her daily business.

One rainy evening, she found herself waiting for the train at a small station on the outskirts of the city. She stood alone under the shelter, watching as the rain fell heavily from the sky. The sound of the raindrops hitting the metal roof was the only thing that could be heard as she waited for her train to arrive.

As the minutes ticked by, she began to feel a sense of unease. The trains were running late and the station was eerily quiet. She couldn't shake off the feeling that she was being watched. She looked around but saw no one.

As the night grew darker, the girl's fear began to grow. She couldn't shake the feeling that something was not right. She started to walk around the station looking for someone to help her, but she found no one. She was completely alone.

As the hours passed, the girl began to realize that she was trapped in the station. The trains had stopped running, and there was no way for her to leave. She had been abandoned in the middle of the night, alone in the rain.

For days, the girl survived by eating the food from the vending machines and drinking from the water fountain. She searched for a way out of the station but found none. She was trapped and alone.

Years passed, the girl grew old and gray haired, and the station remained closed, a forgotten relic of the past, and the girl's story became a legend, her lonely figure waiting for the train under the rain, a haunting reminder of what can happen when we are abandoned in the dark.

What made this session so special was that there was no post-production or software involved in the process. The musicians relied solely on their skills and the limitations of the analog equipment to create a sound that was both spontaneous and organic.

As the night progressed, Michele pushed the boundaries of what was possible with analog only machines, experimenting with different sounds and techniques to create a dynamic and ever-evolving sound.

As the night falls, I immerse myself in the analog warmth of my Buchla modules and DFAM, complemented by the punchy rhythms of my trusty Roland TR-606 drum machine. The combination of these classic analog instruments creates a sonic journey through the depths of deep house, as each sound blends seamlessly with the next to form a hypnotic groove. Each knob turn and patch cable connection evokes a range of emotions, from the excitement of discovering a new sound to the satisfaction of sculpting the perfect beat. The flickering lights and tactile controls of my hardware setup guide me through a labyrinth of sonic possibilities, as I lose myself in the blissful trance of the music. The night stretches on, but my passion for this art form only intensifies, as I continue to explore the infinite sonic universe that lies at my fingertips.

Welcome to my live jam at 128 bpm with a modular setup consisting of Erica Synths Techno System, Syntakt, RD-9, TD-3, Clouds, Plaits, 2600, DFAM, and Subharmonicon. In this video, I show you how I create modular techno tracks with a touch of soul and house, using these instruments. The heart of my setup is the Syntakt, a polyphonic and polymetric sequencer that allows me to control all the other modules. The Techno System is a complete modular system dedicated to techno music, including a drum machine, synth, effects, and mixer. The RD-9 and TD-3 are modern reinterpretations of the classic Roland TR-909 and TB-303, adding the typical groove and acidity of techno. The Clouds and Plaits are two Mutable Instruments modules that offer a wide range of tones and textures, from granular to wavetable. The 2600 and DFAM are two semi-modular analog synths that generate powerful bass and harmonious melodies. The Subharmonicon is a polymetric synth that produces subtle and complex sequences based on subharmonic and polymetric music theories. Analog Synth Surfing - 128 BPM Eurorack Live Jam ft Techno System, 909, 2600, syntakt and more

Welcome to my experimental live jam starting at 120 bpm and ramping up to 140 bpm in hard techno style. I'll be using a modular setup featuring Erica Synths Techno System, Syntakt, RD-9, TD-3, Clouds, Plaits, 2600, DFAM, and Subharmonicon.

In this video, I'll demonstrate how I craft modular techno tracks with a touch of soul and house, utilizing these instruments. The Syntakt takes the center stage as a polyphonic and polymetric sequencer, allowing me to control all the other modules. The Techno System is a comprehensive modular system dedicated to techno music, equipped with a drum machine, synth, effects, and mixer.

The RD-9 and TD-3 are modern reinterpretations of the classic Roland TR-909 and TB-303, contributing the typical groove and acidity of techno. Clouds and Plaits, two Mutable Instruments modules, provide a diverse range of tones and textures, from granular to wavetable.
