Chosen to promote the album 'DRIVE ME MAD' out on FEBRUARY 7th, 2025, this track, written over 20 years ago, embodies the passion and energy that drive one to accomplish the impossible. Through this song, I reflect on how I face the 'dark skies,' simply responding with music, while also echoing a past love. One day, as that love became impossible, I wrote a Rock’n’Roll song with a deliberately more 'happy' than 'dark' tone, because Mylène can’t help but play with life and offer it a smile in return. This explosive track, a true anthem of the resurrection of the soul, quickly became a staple on stage. Naturally, it was chosen to both launch the album and close it.

Choisi pour promouvoir l'album 'DRIVE ME MAD' dont la sortie officielle est prévue le 7 FÉVRIER 2025, ce titre, écrit il y a plus de 20 ans, incarne la passion et l'énergie qui poussent à accomplir l'impossible. À travers cette chanson, je réfléchis à la manière dont je fais face aux 'ciels obscurs', simplement en répondant par la musique, tout en faisant écho à un amour passé. Un jour, alors que cet amour devenait impossible, j'ai écrit une chanson Rock’n’Roll avec un ton délibérément plus 'joyeux' que 'sombre', car je ne peux m'empêcher de jouer avec la vie et de lui offrir un sourire en retour. Cette chanson explosive, véritable hymne à la résurrection de l'âme, est rapidement devenue un incontournable sur scène. Il était donc naturel que je le choisisse pour donner le coup d'envoi de l'album et le clôturer.

Losing Game

Author, composer and performer, Mylène Chamblain is a French~Belgian Blues-Rock, Country & Americana Music artist supported by the National Rock Radio Station RBTF Classic 21 which has programmed her in 2023 as the opening act of the 2nd Festival Classic 21, with Ghalia Volt, Boogie Beasts, Sharko and K'S Choice as headliners. 
Also supported by Belgian and American artists such as BJ Scott (USA, BE), The Memphis P. Tails (USA), AWEK (F) and many other French ans belgian artists (Like the band Plain Jane  for whom Mylène has already written and composed many songe broadcasted in the National Radio), she began her career in Toulouse in 2004 before flying to the USA (tour in Albuquerque in 2002) and settling in Belgium in 2005, where she has lived ever since. 
Inspired by American artists such as Johnny Cash, The Rolling Stones, Chris Isaak, Sheryl Crow, Bonnie Raitt, Susan Tedeschi, Patti Smith, Janis Joplin, The Creedence Clearwater, John Williams and many others from the rock and blues era of the 70s, Mylène Chamblain follows up her "Body & Soul" EP released in 2021 by returning to the Belgian scene with the forthcoming release of a new album scheduled for early 2025 produced by Mylène Chamblain and her sound engineer, arranger, orchestrator and producer, Cyril Orcel.
