A lightning bolt  ( Naviarhaiku 337 )

I attempted to mix some synths playing harmonic and melodic elements with various field recordings and effects. I also employed a traditional Japanese scale (called in, related to the phyrgian mode). The mix didn't gel quite as I'd hoped but the overall impression I was going for is there.

Naito Joso was a Japanese poet in the Edo period and a student of Matsuo Bashō. His works were published posthumously in 1750 in the book Jōsō hokkushū (collection of hokku by Jōsō).
