CHRIS GATE is a German Composer & Producer and works since 1996 with focus on Electronic Music. He is also part of the VORTEX ELEMENTS Project.

HISTORY: First he started with the Collaboration-Project NOISE CONSTRUCTION in 1996 and got the chance to release two tracks in 1998 on Millennium-Storm Records (Hannover/Germany) and its first Techno-Trance Sampler. But unfortunately the distribution of the disc failed and the label decided to discontinue its work. 
To get some new experience, a partnership of NOISE CONSTRUCTION with CJ MILLER as an upcoming DJ was a nice chance to get a new focus on straight Club sounds. 
The work of Noise Construction was discontinued at the beginning of 1999 and CHRIS GATE began to focus on his Solo-Project.
In 2003 he founded the collaboration project VORTEX ELEMENTS together with Sonic Chain, which can be discovered on Soundcloud. After some years his musical view changed from Club & Trance-Style to more classical Electronic Music Style.
During the time, he did some REMIXES for SNAP & BLANK & JONES (Remix-contests) and some of his own tracks as well.
Actually it´s the intention of CHRIS GATE to get some new Contacts , to improve the musical artwork and getting in contact with people who like his tracks.

Anybody else prevented from accessing SC servers via VPN?  All of them are blocked for me.  This is the first time it happens to me in six or seven years of almost daily SoundCloud activity.  I use a VPN in SC because when I don't I get horrible delays that show up in many different ways.  The only explanation I have found is that somehow their security/identification system has flagged my IP address and introduced all kinds of speed bumps.  It makes the experience very unpleasant, irritating.

You can't see it because of the angle with which I took the shot, aiming down, but beyond those blocks is the sea.  To the left is the Mediterranean, to the right is the Atlantic Ocean.  No it's not Gibraltar, but a little bit further West. ... Actually I checked recently and it is further North more than West, I thought I was facing South when in fact I probably was facing the Atlantic ocean, which is why I suppose the waves were of a decent size where we were.

VORTEX ELEMENTS is the Collaboration-Project of Sonic Chain & Chris Gate founded in 2003. Since 2009, the project has devoted itself to more traditional EM with a modern touch, which was initially created as studio sessions and then the finished tracks were arranged, giving them the right "flow".
The songs from this time were recorded on the album "Decennium Edition 2003-2013".
Since the Corona pandemic in 2020, the collaboration has shifted strongly to a way of working through a regular mutual exchange of projects via the web.
In this context, the album "Distance" was released in 2022.
The album "Wavement" was released in November 2024, characterized by strong ambient influences.

We are currently looking for partners who will move our music forward:
Labels, A&Rs, producers, etc., simply people with the right relationships.

Rabbitmusic je producent a DJ pocházející ze západu Čech, který svou hudební dráhu započal už v
polovině 90. let. Z původního bubeníka a multiinstrumentalisty, jenž strávil více než deset let v big
bandu a věnoval se hře na různé bicí nástroje, se postupně vyprofiloval v osobnost české elektronické
scény. Jeho tvorba propojuje zkušenosti z živé hudby s moderní produkcí, v níž kombinuje prvky house,
minimalu, techna, IDM a halfbeatu.
Charakteristický energický a rytmicky propracovaný zvuk, podpořený dlouholetou pódiovou praxí, jej
přivedl ke spolupracím s řadou významných umělců a k vystoupením v klubech napříč Českou
republikou.
Jako DJ se zaměřuje především na halftime, minimal house, techno a jungle, které propojuje do
dynamických a stylově pestrých setů.
Dnes se naplno věnuje studiové tvorbě pod značkou Rabbitmusic, kde rozvíjí svůj osobitý a technicky
precizní styl, a aktuálně pracuje na novém společném projektu se zpěvačkou Rooshie.
