Today is #NationalDayofHappiness. About two weeks ago, I saw a video (link in comments) of a sweet little girl named Lily at Giant Food Store helping bag groceries. She was so happy helping someone she didn't know. The cashier was so gracious and kind... the whole thing just made me happy.
I don't write "pop" style music much and I am barely a white belt in the recording arts (forgive the sloppy mixing) but here's the song inspired by this little girl's smile. Special shout out to my nephew Jake who helped me with the vocals. This is not his normal style of music (he's waaaaay cooler) but I twisted his arm and he lent his talents.
