This is an "improved" version of a recording I made in '95 or '96. Which means this track has been with me half my life so far. Schöneberg is a district in my hometown of Berlin (also the title of great techno track). It's where I spent a lot of my childhood, where I fell deeply in love for the 1st time, where I first kissed a girl and bought my 1st synthesizer. It's where I still live. This track's supposed to be a postivie, uplifting instrumental hymn about life. Judge for yourself. This mix has a 909 kick drum.

Hamiel approached without caution
They embraced each other

As my home turned to ash
I fought their grip, even if I'd fall

I said "Hamiel, what happened here?

I saw a change in his eyes
His blacks faded blacks to whites
He looked at me, then Samiel
Then Heaven, half in dust
As fast as sound, he grabbed Samiel

He choked him on the city hall steps
They pavement shook at magnitude eight
