Shørt, born in 1993 in Castellana Grotte (BA), discovered his love for music at an early age, inspired by his father’s influence. In 2012, he made his debut as a DJ at local festivals, sharing the stage with artists like Rebekah (CLR) and Marco Faraone.

After a brief hiatus, Shørt re-emerged, releasing a series of mixes that caught the attention of both local and international record labels. On March 20, 2018, he released his first track under the Sacred Ritual label, followed by his debut EP Dark Side on Sisma Rec on May 7, 2018.

Following another break, Shørt returned in 2021, continuing to carve his path in the electronic music scene.

Leighton Grantham, known as Twelve Seven, is a Manchester-based artist known for delivering deep, playful, and powerful musical journeys. As co-founder and resident of 01366, he has been instrumental in shaping both the label's identity and his own unique sound.

Influenced by his upbringing in the north-west of England and his early experiences in the free party scene, Twelve Seven continues to channel these roots into his current style. With performances at notable venues including FOLD, ://about blank, Razzmatazz, The White Hotel, La Cheetah, and Corsica Studios, he is consistently evolving and pushing his creative boundaries.

Recorded at the grassroots venue 1520 Studios, courtesy of Jon Worsley, this mix captures Twelve Seven’s current sound: bold, driving energy layered with deep atmospheres, intricate percussion, and scattered broken rhythms, delivering a compelling hour of relentless energy.

BCCO Mix Series 564: Twelve Seven

ENTHUSE is a versatile artist blending hip-hop and house influences in her DJ career. In 2023, she gained global recognition with a techno track featured at Milan Fashion Week.

Surrounded by music from an early age, ENTHUSE grew up immersed in dance, piano, and drums.
In her teenage years, she began learning street dance in the United States, later diving into club culture and street dance scenes in the Philippines and Canada. In her early 20s, she returned to Japan and launched her career as a DJ.

Her style is characterized by a strong sense of groove and a fast-paced, energetic flow, deeply influenced by her background in hip-hop and house dance.

In recent years, she has focused primarily on techno, actively performing as a DJ and producing music. In 2023, she gained international recognition by contributing a techno track for the prestigious Milan Fashion Week. Additionally, under her real name, Yuri Nagahori, she explores black music genres such as hip-hop, house, and disco, showcasing her versatility and unique musical vision across a variety of styles.

For the next edition of the Artaphine series, we’re excited to welcome Finalversion3 - label head of the acclaimed Gordo Trax imprint and event series.

His latest EP on Gordo Trax showcased his wide-ranging sound, moving seamlessly between techno and drum & bass, and featured powerful remixes from none other than Oscar Mulero and Answer Code Request.

The set we’re sharing is a live recording from his performance at Spook Club: a relentless journey through driving techno, rich in detailed sound design, and even dipping into the depths of dubstep.

“Night Moves” in ORL marked my official debut, and I AM STILL processing all the love and energy that came my way. Huge thanks to everyone who came out to support—I couldn't have asked for a better crowd to share this milestone with.

I was nervous at first, especially because I've only ever played on my DDJ controller. But as soon as I touched the decks, something clicked.
The nerves faded, and I was in the zone.
Playing in a new space with standard club equipment was a challenge I'll never forget, but it was exactly what I needed to push myself further.

I'm also extremely grateful for the collectives that showed trust in me and gave me this incredible opportunity.
Thank you to everyone who believes in me, gives me feedback, and make me feel like I belong. The journey has just begun, and I'm only getting started.

SENSIBILIA FOR NIGHT MOVES (PT I - 04192025)

Sofiah is a Guatemalan techno DJ and producer; however, her journey began in Poland. With a career fully dedicated to fast BPMs, hypnotic textures, and deep, driving rhythms, she has performed across Europe and Latin America, playing at renowned venues such as Berlin’s KitKat and Vienna’s PraterSauna. 

As the founder of 150 + 50 collective, she is committed to fostering an inclusive and authentic techno culture, curating high-energy events that embody the true rave spirit. With a growing presence in the international scene, she continues to push the boundaries of her sound, both behind the decks and in the studio.

Mefteh is a Berlin-based DJ and producer, originally from Tunisia. His sound blends raw, timeless, organic, and driving elements into a straight-up techno experience. With a deep passion for the underground scene, he has been shaping his craft for over 5 years, bringing an uncompromising energy to the dance floor. As a co-founder of the event series Demolate Berlin, Mefteh has played a key role in curating some of Berlin’s most intense techno nights. His productions, which he began sharing in late 2024, have already caught the attention of established labels, leading to releases on Different Sound, BCCO, HEISSS, Canticle Records, and more.

Up next, we are pleased to present another familiar face, Dani De Lara!  

Dani is an emerging DJ in the London scene having moved here from Spain. His Midweek Session party started as a weekly gathering of friends in his flat, but has quickly grown into staple party in a lot of people's calendars in venues such as Peckham Audio, Venue MOT and Carpet Shop. He shares a similar vision to us in terms of creating a platform for local artists and forming a community around the music so we are more than happy to have him as a part of the Fragment mix series. 

His style is hard to pin down as he can play a broad range of sounds ranging from techno, to hard groove, to house. He would describe himself as a hard groove enthusiast but for this mix, he delivers his interpretation of the Fragment sound whilst staying true to his own style.
