Sometimes people have to come into your life simply to go some day, regardless of how painful it may be. The lyrics are colorful and reflective, serving from two different perspectives simultaneously, the two sides to any relationship. And the song itself is ever-growing, the mood changes and shifts in energy gradually beyond the edge of each chorus, before inevitably exploding at the very end. This is symbolic of the way that relationships are - It all starts out very sweet, but conflict is bound to take root at different moments. And sometimes, that conflict can become everything, a storm that seems to swallow your world whole. In this case, that storm is mental health, but for my listeners, I hope you find something profound to relate this message with that is unique to you."
