Waiting is an everyday experience. We wait for the bus, for the next vacation, for someone to call us back, and so on. Sometimes we look forward to the expected, sometimes we do not. Even though waiting itself is usually experienced as unpleasant, the different types of waiting are experienced in different ways. The only commonality seems to be the absence of the expected, and the expectation that it will be there at a certain point of time. A kind of transit zone between something that is no longer and something theat is not yet. Another characteristic is that at the moment of waiting, one no longer has any influence on the expected occurring more quickly, one is powerless.

The work was created under guidance of Petra Klusmeyer in the programm 'Advanced Sound Theories' at the HfK Bremen.

It's taken us a little while to fully process what happened on Sunday but now we've had the time to recover from the madness that is Fusion Festival (you too, we hope??) we're realising just how much this gig meant to us and how happy we are with how it all went. Thank you to everyone who was there, who waited the extra 40 minutes while we battled with some technical difficulties, who cheered, sang our lyrics (wait, what?!) and danced with us. You were so supportive and after the first couple of songs the nervousness was almost gone and we could just enjoy sharing what we love together with you all. THANK YOU! You peeps are just great. <3

So, without further ado, here's our live set on the Velvet Soup stage at Fusion on Sunday night. Unfortunately the quality of the recording isn't great (where's the bass?!?), and we actually had to re-record a couple of parts at home due to an issue with the accordion microphone picking up the sound coming from the speakers, but we tried our best to play it exactly like we did on the night and blend it in smoothly with the original recording.  We are proud and happy and we hope you like it!

Deep Electronics is presenting it's 22nd special chapter. These special releases are unique sets created by unique artists. This chapter, called Cosmic Dream, is created by Yulio. He makes is debute here on the channel.

Bio:
Chilean resident in Croatia, after surviving many years Barcelona has spent almost 20 years dedicated to electronic music and now to the most experimental sounds, everything started in the north of Chile in the year 2000 where he started as a DJ in different events (Upspace) after graduating as Sound Technician in Santiago de Chile, he was one of the musical pioneers in the north of the country where he explored sounds from Techno, House to Psytrance, in 2003 he emigrated to Barcelona where he absorbed and acquired all the wisdom of city where the year 2006 I create KRAFTOPTICAL, which is where the history of the label founded by him began in 2011, with almost 70 releases of producers from all over the globe, 2011 he started editing his own material and in 2013 he produced his first album "Future Elqui "with great response especially in more experimental circles of the circuit ... Then With" Secrets "(Ep) and Second Album" Contact Interestellar "produced in n Australia (Melbourne), makes its particular spatial sound make us travel always with common sense, with the heart and soul focused on the remotest of the Universe.

With “astronave “ Ep edited in 2018 I achieve a great audience especially in his country of origin chile and in several new directions , today with his New album that will be edited in March 2019 will continue his journey that started in "Future Elqui” 2013 reached a "Contact interestelar" 2015 traveling on the Earth more"..."
