This is my favorite of your modular synth works to date! Thoroughly engrossing.

I've just finished listening to all the Instant pieces in one sitting, first thing in the morning. If my morning was like this, I wonder what the rest of the day holds? Ah yes, cleaning the bathroom. It was quite the journey. Why don't you make a setlist out of them? I know if I was a record label I'd put them on an album in an... instant.

For those (like me) born in the late 1950s and raised in Milan in the 1960s, Sunday of derby (AC Milan vs. FC Internazionale) was the most beautiful and most feared day of the year.
As it's clear in the end of the piece, my team won the match that time (so many years ago ...)

Sunday derby (draft) *

method: recording guitar (an electromatic in an open tuning it tends to lose), voice, tube xylophone (via contact microphone) and cheap ewi (set to horn, orchestra and shakuhachi respectively) via pedals
narration: in this phase, I am to spend quite a lot of time in such areas (waiting rooms, sometimes reminding of Kafka, sometimes of Sartre, sometimes of Beckett and nearly always reminiscent of the non-places described by Augé and made famous by Eno) - what better is there to do than compose expressionist poetry (and later forget to use a phaser in the far background, not shying away, though, from making old and new impairments part of the process, as usual)?
