Divorce is unlike any other life transition.  The loss of dreams and identities, that once were strong, guiding attachments, bring complex emotions that are hard to understand and release. Ep. 109 Why is this so Friggin' Hard?

The way to a final divorce decree can follow several paths.  The traditional, or socially branded, path is the path of litigation.  Many have found litigation not the right fit and even have regrets with the outcome it produced.  Alternative divorce methods, like mediation, pro-se (or kitchen table), and arbitration, are becoming more prevalent.
