لم أستطع تنزيل أو تسجيل أي حلقة في الأسابيع الماضية بسبب نوبة جديدة تُعيد تذكيري بأن لا شيء مهم بالحياة .. وتم تسجيل هذه الحلقة أكثر من 4 مرات وامتدت التسجيلات لساعات ثم أيقنت بأني مهما حاولت وصف ما يمر به المكتئب .. مهما حاولت وصف المعاناة والمشاكل والضغوطات فلن يكفيني دهرٌ كاملُ من الحديث 
حاول أن تتفهم بأن المكتئب يمر بمعاناة لا يمكن وصفها ويحتاج منك فقط أن تكون موجوداً عندما يحتاجك ومتفهماً 
أتمنى أن تكون بخير دائماً وكن على يقين بأنها فترة ستمر وتنتهي ..
