Thank you for this. It came to me on a day when I desperately needed it.

Surrender means to give up, abandon, relinquish, to wave the white flag. What a beautifully divine word. A word we should choose at every chance we can remember, for as the story goes, we are not in control, we are floating on a cosmic river carried from the stars, into our mothers womb, out into the world, where we then resume the same course, only now grounded in body.
This episode helps let go of our worries and fears. It reminds us that we are supported and that life is unfolding just as it should.

I wish someone had told me, when I first began my journey into a life of my own, that where I needed to begin, was sitting on the floor, with my eyes closed. I wish someone had told me that my first step, the first step anyone must take is inward. 
I wish someone had told me when I felt I had nothing to offer the world, that all I needed to do, was sit down and breath. That all I needed to do was learn the practice of opening to and discovering the true self, sitting inside of me, quietly, and that from there the rest would come easier.

I know you have been taught to search for this worth, taught to find ways to prove your value, find ways to be so that you are given, but dearest love, this was an accident…a teaching that was instilled in us, by those lost to their beauty and given worth as well.
