Jesta is the musical alter-ego of Bryan Page from Morecambe, United Kingdom specializing in genre-hopping Power Pop. Giving birth to quirky, entertaining songs that make you want to dance, laugh or say huh? wtf? Jesta isn't too concerned with getting too deep and meaningful - who has time for all that anyway? Let's party! Though essentially a one-man project, occasionally some fantastic guest artists are brought into the mix including some of the best session musicians in the U.K. Bryan has close to 20 years production experience and has learnt from, and befriended, some of the busiest people in the industry today.

Born in Chelmsford, Essex in 1975 Bryan was bottle-fed music by The Beatles, Electric Light Orchestra and Earth Wind &amp; Fire along with classic 70's rock. Growing up the in the 80's Bryan was interested in record production at a very early age, mentally deconstructing albums by the likes of Bucks Fizz and Adam &amp; The Ants. Eventually he began experimenting with reel-to-reel tape recording and learning classical guitar. As a teenager he learned his chops in Rock covers bands as lead guitarist and part-time vocalist.

The concept of Jesta began as a name for Bryan's personal music projects at around the same time as he began work in a recording studio, shortly before leaving school. Honing his production and vocal skills over the years, it is now time for Jesta to conquer the world or at least earn enough money to buy a couple of sandwiches!

Myrtle pedals are currently dedicated to the snarling dog end of the musical spectrum.

THE SANDMAN’S ORCHESTRA is a duo made up of Pierre Laplace, a singer/songwriter from Lille, France, and his young niece, Léonie Gabriel.

The story of the duo started in May 2010 when, after a family lunch, 15-year-old Léonie picked up a guitar and started singing a few covers. Everybody was astounded by the beauty of her voice, and her uncle Pierre Laplace immediately proposed that they work on some songs together. 

Pierre was the singer in cult French band Vera Clouzot, who from 1994 to 2004 released 4 albums, played numerous concerts including support slots with Jeff Buckley and Smog, and appeared on the American Music Club tribute album « Come On Beautfiul » alongside Lambchop, Calexico and Matt Ward.

Before finding out that his niece had a voice beyond her years, Pierre had been setting up a home-studio and learning a number of new instruments. The timing was right to start a new musical journey. 

Since they started working together the duo have developed a warm, atmospheric folk sound with touches of minimal dark jazz and electronica. The combination of male and female vocals and the blend of acoustic instruments (guitar, banjo, wurlitzer, piano, cello, drums) define the duo’s sound.

The duo released their 1st album « Silver Linings » in June 2011 ; « Nocturne », their new 10-track LP was released worldwide (CD and download) on March 25th 2013 through Bandcamp, CDbaby, Itunes and Amazon.

The Existence of Harvey Lord is an amorphous psych-folk group based around Lancaster, UK who play songs written and sung by Harvey Lord.
Harvey’s songs have a distinctive lyrical and vocal style, with psychedelic and often existential lyrics being delivered in a broad Kendal accent. Harvey is backed, along with his own guitar playing, by a range of instruments from banjo to flute to violin. This large number of instrumentalists in the band, rather than creating the bombastic, orchestral sound that one might expect, work to create delicate, intertwining lines of simple melody, creating full, shimmering soundscapes that still have space.
'Yoke'-The title of TEOHL's third album marks a slight lyrical and musical shift. This album sees to introduction of old and new Cumbrian folk tales, retold for a contemporary audience. Growing up in the English Lake District, Harvey draws on myths and legends, both old and imagined to create modern classic of the alt/psych folk genre. This is storytelling and dreaming told like never before. Brought to life by an eclectic ensemble of players.
