The Holy Orders were first told that their amps were too loud in 2006.
Since then, the four-piece from Hull have divided the opinions of many sound engineers. The combination of strong songs, melodies, massive amounts of energy and huge dynamics has gained them a reputation as a ferocious live act.

Their debut album ‘For the Ears of Dogs to Come’ was released in the summer of 2013 and has been gathering acclaim ever since.
Tom Robinson has championed the band saying:

He invited them onto The Tom Robinson Show on BBC 6music to play a session and, as well as playing them on his listener requested Now Playing show, they were his choice of new band when he selected his pick of songs on BBC 6music’s The First Time.
The Holy Orders also featured in BBC Introducing’s Ones to Watch list of 2013.

The Holy Orders continue to be loud in 2014 with a single and 3 new EPs of material scheduled to be released throughout the year.

Music can't be easy. We think music has complexity as our feelings. We're all capriccio and our feelings are always changing. Even the toughest person you can think of is sensitive than he or she looks. We stick to that kind of flexibility and pliancy with our music. There was a slight change after Worhol's "famous for 15 minutes" statement. Progression of hardware and modification of software. Some people wants to catch up and others wants to leave behind.

So we thought "ok we'll take all the changes, progression, upgrading and development (whatever), but we don't want to catch up somebody or leave some others behind. Let's leave the stupid race up to them". Again, our music is not difficult or crabby at all. We just supply our music to where its needed.

Well let me introduce myself, I like to produce electronic music of all genres really. Anything from dub to drum and bass , house to trip hop and anything in between. About For Fans of Bands

The aim of this site is to connect musicians and bands with other musicians and bands around the country/world with the purpose of making contact and orgainising tours and out of town shows. 

Each profile page has a photo gallery, a short bio, spaces for what sort of help you can offer other bands, and what you are looking for from them, and 3 spaces for uploadable tracks. All bands must have 3 tracks or their profile will not be made public. 

The important section is the influences section where you can fill in 10 bands you feel best represent your sound, influences and style. Remember don't just go with the generic big bands that are currently polluting the airwaves. Use real bands that inspire you and make you want to make music. The more obscure they are the more likely you are to find someone worth dealing with. Of course there's nothing wrong with using the radio friendly favourites but they may lead you into a world of constant, unwanted "compliments". 

When searching, simply type the city you are looking for and the name of a band you feel would be worth working with if you had the chance. If indeed there is a band in that city who lists the same band in their FFOB section then they will pop up in your search. Again use more popular band to find a lot of bands or if you are looking for something more specific then pick something less well known.
