I have wrote and dedicated this song to my wife and soul partner Diane (she said she would divorce me if i didn't ha ha only kidding). We have been married for 36 years and been together for 40 years. We did indeed meet when we were teens as the song goes. We went to the same school and lived in the same street, she has stuck with me through thick and thin and shared the highs and lows and continues to do so, we have raised two kids who are now grown up and have three lovely grandchildren. We have  our ups and downs like everybody else but i wouldn't swap her for the world as she is and always will be my "Shining Light".

From dark winters frozen grip  
Into natures warming caress.

My workmate "Big Baz" came up with this title for a song, all i had to do was create it, the rest is history. I hope that you enjoy it best wishes.
I wrote this song as a protest to the power of corporate greed in the farming industry, the quality of food that is grown has mostly been taken away from honest hard working farmers. Who are having to comply with greedy corporate companies, who are forcing their genetically modified seeds on to them, causing hardship for the farmer as the companies are patenting their own seeds and forcing farmers to buy and sow them. Wouldn't it be great if we could leave our troubles behind and move on with life at a trouble-free pace? Well, that was the idea behind this song, to be able to climb aboard the mystical cool train and leave your troubles on the platform to make a round trip to return home trouble-free and refreshed!

A great concept, hey music is all about escapism so just let your mind free and imagine the concept.  The song has a mix of styles a bit of blues/rock/techno vibe, I hope that you enjoy the song, i would have had this song completed earlier but I ran into probs after purchasing Amplitube 4. It's a fantastic guitar plugin but my laptop let me down with CPU deficiency. But I got there in the end with some Ableton/AmpliTube compromise with regards to amp selection, i will have to invest in some extra RAM at some stage to run Amplitube for future projects, but never mind i hope that you enjoy the song, best wishes to all you SC listeners and creative producers.
