Rock Flexible is a spare-time guitar player, multi-instrumentalist, producer and singer based in Berlin, Germany. 
He is much interested in the technical and production side of things and he will immediately stop making music as soon as he has achieved his final goal: Creating music in the quality of the ones producing for Radio and commercial CDs :o)

Songs: We find them unpainted in our hands, throw them up into the air of our imagination, turning them in the colours we see after we close our eyes until they feel just right, and sometimes we catch them perfectly, without blemishing them...

I work in different styles, as the inspiration, dreams or bubonic plagiarism comes! I use Logic Pro X on Mac.
 
I write, produce and play all my own stuff (unless otherwise stated), play vintage Tokai Strats mainly, PRS Torero, Steinberger, Gretsch G2627T, Classical, Fender Dreadnought, Yamaha and Rickenbacker basses, keyboards and sax. I use Native Instrument's Komplete, Omnisphere 2 and my own organic samples.

I mix on Sennheiser HD 280 Pro's and HD 650's (closed and open headphones) when not making a bigger noise through my Yamaha HS8 studio monitors. I use Focusrite Clarett 2Pre ThunderBolt and Apogee audio interfaces, Neumann & iSK condenser & AKG dynamic mics.

Steve has seen a meteoric rise in his popularity and wider public recognition, including airplay and positive feedback, with his music appealing to a growing acoustic audience who enjoy self-styled individual songwriters. These days Steve mainly tours and gigs with bass guitarist Ian Catchpole and Simon Ambrose on drums.The band formed shortly after the album launch of the 3rd album "Boy On A Beach" at the Stables.This album was tremendously received and it allowed the band to tour the UK between March and September 2008.

During this time they worked on Steves’ 4th studio album “Ungodly Hour” with most of the song arrangements by Ian Catchpole and this was recorded between January 2009 and October 2009 in North London.A strong track named "Knolls Wood" went off to be mastered at the Abbey Road Studios in St Johns wood.

Some tracks draw on Steve’s many influences from several contemporary song writers such as Ray Lamontagne,Damien Rice, Josh Ritter,Tom Petty and Crowded House,earlier years of listening, included Neil Young, James Taylor, Cat Stevens, Carole King, Jonie Mitchell, Donovan, Jonathan Kelly, Don McLean, The Beatles, The Kinks, The Eagles.

Rivers Johansson is pretty much what would happen if Nick Cave moved to New Orleans in the 1920s after a really bad break up and found Jesus. 

Billy G Lester started in the music world in the 60's and played guitar in over a dozen bands doing cover songs upto the late 70's. Having been a guitarist and backing singer helping out with the harmonies etc I began to get a bit disillusioned with covering other peoples songs, and although I don't profess to be a lead singer, I now write and produce my own original songs & material including using my own backing instruments and vocals/harmonies etc which I record in my modest home studio along with some covers of my favourite artists and songs from the past. However,these tracks are all originals with lyrics and music written by myself. My main influences are Folk/Rock,Country, ballads and pop.
