Once an infamous host for underground raves in Berlin, Sarah Wild is now a DJ and producer. Her energetic sets oscillate between acid basslines and piano elements. Sarah has already released on @returntoforever1 @correspondant,  @permvac, @dessert-berlin @feinestier and her own label @midnightoperators.  When she was a girl her father took her on tour with his surf-rock band. She grew up hanging out in backstages of clubs and venues all around Europe. Not only through this first touring experience Sarah was always surrounded by music. She learned saxophone and piano supported by her grandmother who is also a singing teacher. All her youth Sarah played in bands and was part of several jazz projects. Also her passion for electronic dance music developed at this time. Sarah was born and raised in Jena, a former east-German city who became popular for its delicate scene of electronic music. She quickly became part of it as a dancer and also started her first little projects as an artist. Sarah Wild started her solo project in 2016 and has been touring in Europe, Mexico, Panama and Guatemala.

Over the last few years, Rohan Rakhit — DJ, actor, broadcaster and DAYTIMERS mainstay — has established himself as one of London's most exciting emerging voices.

A resident DJ at Gilles Peterson’s Worldwide FM, and one of the main minds behind the South Asian Underground crew DAYTIMERS, as a curator, Rohan has worked with some of London’s most esteemed venues, including programming for the Royal Albert Hall, Somerset House. the inaugural DAYTIMERS Festival, as well as countless club night and festival offerings across the country.

Known for his multi-genre approach to his DJ sets, Rohan draws on the eclecticism of the soulful and percussive sound that encapsulates his London. His work as a DJ spans performances across renowned London venues like the Jazz Café, Tate Modern, Corsica Studios, Colour Factory, and festival stages including We Out Here, Brainchild, Lost Village, and Glastonbury.

Hey, Gareth here, I'm a graphic designer who start designing for clubs, parties, and labels in the late 90s. Back then, mix CDs were the holy grail of both design and music. I loved them.

But I wasn't the only one, mix cds were the soundtracks of our nights, our days, our afterparties and lives, for everyone. Yet in today's internet age, the art form has been lost (or just changed) to 2-3 hour online mixes and streaming videos, which just don't create the same magic your CD collection did. Just 60 minutes of music and incredible artwork.

The Classic Mix CD Series celebrates these discs, their soundtrack, their box art and your memories. We hope you enjoy it.

About Gareth:
Digital creative type, gamer, music lover and occasional DJ. Currently living between Dubai & Seoul after setting sail from Sunderland in 2010. As a young designer, club and music culture was the driving force for his work, producing artwork for local club nights and record labels in the North East of England. In particular, DJ mix cds and their packaging were always his 'holy grail of design', especially those from Renaissance, Global Underground and Good Looking Records. It's a pleasure to share these discs back with people and they still influence our tastes to this day.

Tutti formerly known as Turtur, is a DJ from Berlin. 
He is responsible for the booking and managment at infamous Jonny Knüppel Club, which he has been part of since 2014.
His musical style varies from Techno with a warm housy touch to House with a dark techno twist. 
Tutti regularly performs at Jonny Knüppel and Sisyphos but has also played at various Clubs and Festivals like Mensch Meier, Kater Blau, Bucht and other places around the world.
