I have always loved music. I learnt piano as a child and have dabbled with guitar without ever learning it ... until now! I have been in choirs most of my life but have not really delved into making music until the last few years. After initially playing around with Garage Band, I moved on to Logic Pro and that's how nearly all of my music has been produced.

I use digital software, guitar and keyboards to produce my original music. I compose and edit using Logic Pro. Other people's vocals or collaborative vocals for any track really are very welcome! 

I love the interaction on Soundcloud and the comments from other musicians and composers are so helpful and supportive. Keep making music everyone!

Trenic is a home studio band with two members: Csiga writes the music, Évi provides the vocals. We aim to create music that’s a bit more unique, always trying to capture a strong mood. IR1S (Intelligent Recognitive Integrated Sound) is an alternative band electronic music project where the central characters in every song are women. Each track tells a story, explores a social issue, or expresses a thought from the perspective of these protagonists, weaving together elements of both fictional narratives and real-life experiences. Drawing inspiration from strong women in literature, cinema, and dystopian worlds, IR1S creates a unique soundscape that blends powerful storytelling with evocative electronic beats.

I am DJ Transaction Producer/DJ from Brooklyn NYC since 2004. When I create original music, I'm always keeping in mind to do something different that no one else is doing. Also recently, i been focusing more on the story telling of my songs rather than just seeing if melodies fits together. Story telling is what AI will and can never do in music and it is what will set the humans apart from generic music. For the above reasons is why I will never restrict myself to only one genre. While pursuing a career in academia Phil also continues his career in music. He first started to learn the piano at the age of five and at ten began playing the piano accordion. At thirteen he started to learn the guitar. He has played keyboards, guitar and accordion professionally for many years. Phil also writes and records his own songs that have been played by bands in the UK. He is influenced by Ronnie Lane (Small faces/ Slim chance), Eagles, Van Morrison, Lynyrd Skynyrd and Blackberry Smoke.

Multi-instrumentalist based in Sydney.

Most of my work is a mix of progressive rock/metal and post-rock, with occasional sprinkles of folk motives. But really, it's all about creating a certain atmosphere within the tunes.

There was a time when boldness was the main characteristic of youth. Young people wanted to be different, and one of the most prominent ways to be different in my day was to listen to different styles of music. It was very striking among Generation Xers, even those who belonged to more radical urban tribes. I remember well, for example, the late Jeff Hanneman, the brilliant guitarist from Slayer, saying in an interview that he loved classical music. This kind of boldness is deeply rooted in most of the guys who lived through that era. And it's a very noticeable characteristic in most artists who came from those years. The late David Bowie, for instance, embraced electronic rhythms like jungle and drum ‘n’ bass on his incredible album Earthling. Iggy Pop said in a video that he loved the then-new branch of electronic music, a genre called industrial. And the world-famous cellist Yo-Yo Ma played a version of Metallica's “Nothing Else Matters”. The examples are numerous.

Unfortunately, I have witnessed the death of this kind of boldness in the younger generations. Young people enslave themselves to a few musical styles and refuse to listen to the universe of music that exists out there.

Overdrive is a musical project that seeks to explore different musical genres — rap, classical music, techno, punk, death metal, rock ‘n’ roll, new wave, new age, a cappella, you name it. The idea is to introduce new generations to the concepts of musical freedom, musical anarchy, musical curiosity, and bold listening (to new and old styles).

It's a one-man project with the help of countless talented collaborators. So don't be surprised to see tracks of completely different styles with equally diverse collaborators — people like a brilliant English glam singer in shiny pants singing about punks on a post-punk song; or a skilled German guitarist who plays rock riffs on a drum'n bass background; a Russian female singer with an incredibly powerful voice singing a 70s rock song; a young British rapper genius who loves electro; a Danish female singer and harpist who enjoys singing pop music on a Bach background; a French reggae singer who sings disco brilliantly; and many others.

Musical eclecticism is an expression of freedom. I love Sepultura and I love Frank Sinatra. And there isn't a single day that goes by when I don't listen to music by J. S. Bach and the German thrash metal band Destruction. I truly believe that different styles talk to each other when I make music and would love to pass on some of that thinking to my fellow young musicians.
