@rudycrrrrrrr: Thank you very much for listening in, I really do appreciate that very much! If you're interested, I always give an explanation in the description about how and what was going on during every particular jam session. But here's the short version: The voice samples ("relax completely", "all there is to it" and so on) are coming from the stock audio library for the Eurorack module Radio Music. Since I built it by soldering a kit four years ago, I have been using it in almost all of my jam sessions. A couple of fellow artists, such as Sunny Gianni, suggested that I am overusing these samples, so I will take this into consideration in my next jam sessions. But since I have so much recorded jam session material, I will be uploading tracks with these samples in them during this year and probably up until next summer. Only then I will have newer material, hopefully with less samples or at least with careful consideration where to use them and where not.

That flutter effect is very interesting. Feels like the melodic thumping of a butterflies wings against a glass pane.

As so often the case, I conducted a jam session that took a couple of hours, during which I experimented with a vast amount of sounds, settings and samples, and recorded the stereo result in Audacity. In a posts-production step within Audacity, I extracted the best parts from that jam session in order to create this track. As always, I only used basic audio editing techniques like simple crossfades. Only a touch of soft limiting was applied, no elaborate approaches like mastering were used whatsoever. Thus, the result is raw and highly dynamic in nature, so put on your favourite headphones and turn up that volume knob, because the Loudness War is for losers!

In the last couple of jam sessions I tended to use other pre-recorded sounds and samples from mostly Youtube videos, which I always provided links for. In this particular jam session, I only used sounds and samples from my hardware. The beat comes from the Beatkangz Beat Thang, which also provided the looped string sounds that can be heard at the beginning. The synth pads come from the Arturia MicroBrute, fed through a couple of guitar pedals. The bass line, that is best heard between 3:41 and 4:15 comes from the MircroBrute's arpeggiator, which was fed and modulated through a couple of Eurorack modules, most prominently the LxD in conjunction with the Turing Machine.

As per usual, many defining sounds of this jam session were produced by my modest Eurorack, especially those ethnic sounds that came from the stock audio library of the Radio Music. Since my Eurorack almost always offers elements of surprise, I myself am often caught off guard by the sounds that come out of it. In this particular jam session, I could never have composed or created these intricate ethnic melodies. In that fashion, I am not a creator but merely a humble listener, like yourself.

Mrs. Audio Boy is a proud member of Project:Music (@projectmusicsounds) and MintFam (@mintfam), and is a German-based project, which creates experimental electronic music by the process of conducting jam sessions, improvising during these sessions, recording them, and then using best parts from those sessions to create so called "Jam session sections" (manually, no AI whatsoever). These are generally raw sound clips that are mostly left unprocessed apart from using a simple cross-fade in order to tie two or more clips together. Only very rarely some simple effects like filters, compressors or noise reduction are applied. 

In doing so, the special one-of-a-kind moment is pursued; thus, the created sound is highly inimitable and unreproducible. Most of the tracks can be downloaded. If you use them, please give a shout-out to Mrs. Audio Boy!
