Over 4 years ago I stumbled across plant-based nutrition and it changed my life for the better.  Not only have I gotten rid of my acne and gained over 20kg of solid muscle mass but it also opened my eyes that a plant-based lifestyle is not only healthier but is also doing the animals and our environment a tremendous favor. My passion is to spread awareness and compassion by being a role model and making informative pictures, graphics, videos & podcasts. Plant Based Mafia was founded by, Entrepreneur and Film and TV Producer Danny Costanzo, aka "The Plant Father". After a scare in 2014 finding out he had 3 clogged arteries, he set out to recapture his health. That's when he stumbled upon Dr. Esselstyn's book, Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease. In this book you are taught that through a major shift in your diet and adopting a Plant Based Lifestyle, you can stop and in many cases reverse heart disease. Not only can you reverse your heart disease, but you feel reborn. The Plant Based Healthstyle isn't just for those suffering from a disease, but it's for everyone. Our goal is to motivate those that desire Health, Wealth and Happiness, and through a Plant Based Healthstyle, all of those things are possible. This is science, this is real, this isn't some fad that will be gone tomorrow. This is a lifestyle and those that follow it will experience a physical, mental and spiritual awakening unlike you've ever thought possible.
