Born and grown in East LA, Rosie has been heavily influenced and inspired by the 1990’s House and Techno movement, something she feels will always be alive inside her soul. Rosie Love’s passion for music has been the driving force in making a name for herself in the Los Angeles underground scene. In 2011, she began her own event called Teknologik, alongside her then business partner Alan of Incognito. Teknologik became a well known monthly for 2 years, focusing on booking local talent in the techno scene. Since her DJ debut on 11/11/11 at Incognito, Rosie has opened for big named talent such as Kevin Saunderson, Margaret Dygas, DJ Koze, John Aquaviva, Lucy, Audio Injection, Raiz, Ben Klock, Tommy Four Seven, XHIN, DVS1, and 100’s of amazing local talent. She is now pressing on to be a staple of the underground community with her dirty, deep and dark techno beats. She thrives on non-conforming music selections and is always looking to push limits to find unique sounds. She is the first and only female artist of the talented group of producers known as #FOFN and is currently a resident for the only ongoing all-female event in Los Angeles, Fallen Angel. Although she is known for her love for techno, she has a deep passion for playing house, acid, disco, breaks, old school and jungle, and it shows in her sounds. Rosie prides herself in finding new ways to compose the perfect blends of genre’s in order to make every set a memorable musical journey.

Robb Ventura and Ron van Beats started making music together in late 2004. Both writing and rapping their lyrics in Dutch, they felt the need to rap over their own beats. They taught themselves how to produce their own, cutting up 70’s soul samples and putting drum loops over them. The simple music software they used at first would later turn into crate digging, vinyl sampling and hitting the pads of SP’s and MPC’s. They started recording tracks at home and after that almost a decade of making music and a whole lot of fun performing live on stage went by.

In early 2014 the duo decided a change had to be made if they wanted to reach more nationalities than their own. The shows they did until then were a great experience and taught them a lot about performing their music live on stage. But the language they were writing their lyrics and rapping in was not international enough. They agreed to switch to English to try and reach the world.

DJ Jack da Spinner’s love for HipHop began in 1997 at the young age of seven. He received a discman with a number of oldschool HipHop cd’s and was hooked, trying rapping, beatboxing and breakdancing for about five years. Watching his idol DJ QBert scratch for the first time, he realized this was his real calling and started purchasing records and scratching on vinyl. Creating a collection for himself, he started producing beats as well, destroying needles and smashing the pads on his MPC at the same time.

In the late summer of 2014 Robb Ventura, Ron van Beats and DJ Jack da Spinner performed live on stage together for the first time. Knowing each other for quite some time and impressed by each other's skills and mindstate, they combined their talents as the trinity THE ARBEES.

Founded upon owner Brian Slagel's enduring drive to find great bands and get their music out to as many people as possible, since 1982 Metal Blade has brought wave after wave of powerful, innovative, and often genre-defining music to the ever-hungry metal masses. It is this ethos that has seen Metal Blade build up a stunning and diverse catalogue, weather the various storms facing any independent label, and in an age of declining record sales boast the most successful years of its existence as it strides into its fourth decade.

What perhaps makes this achievement all the more notable is the fact that Slagel never even intended to start a label. Working in an LA record store and writing for various publications, Slagel was acutely aware that many great bands in the local metal scene were being ignored, and he decided to release a compilation of tracks drawn from these ranks. "There were a lot of really good bands and I was just bummed out that nobody could hear them. It just seemed like I could help them out and have some fun at the same time, and that compilation was the first Metal Massacre," he states. Collating tracks from then unknown bands including Ratt, Bitch, Cirith Ungol, and Metallica amongst others, the compilation sold out immediately. "How important is Metal Blade to our career? They're only the reason we are enjoying the worldwide success we have today," states Metallica's James Hetfield. "Without Brian's openness to some raunchy teens with a crap sounding cassette tape we would be who knows where, and playing who knows what!" With the popularity of the tape spurring Slagel on, the first seeds of Metal Blade were sown. "After the success of those compilations I just started putting out records of bands that I was friends with, but without ever really intending it to be a label at all," he explains. "After I put out four or five releases I started to feel like something was happening, and I decided to quit the record store and quit college and see where it went."

Battling through the first few lean years, when the label consisted solely of Slagel working out of his mom's poorly ventilated garage in the San Fernando Valley, it gradually grew in both revenue and stature. Within a few years Metal Blade would go on to release the debuts of Slayer, Armored Saint, Trouble, and Corrosion Of Conformity amongst others, fanning the flames of the burgeoning metal scene and launching careers of bands that would go onto reap global success. "Without Metal Blade, there is a damn good chance we never would've made it out of L.A," says Slayer's Kerry King. "That was the one bit of luck we needed. You can be the most awesome band on the scene, and if no one notices you, you don't catch on. And Brian Slagel is still one of the biggest metalheads I know!" This genuine love and devotion to metal is central to the relationship many of the artists have with Metal Blade, and King Diamond credits much of its relevance and strength to this passion. "I refer to it as having 'boots on the ground'," the mighty Dane states. "It's not like a major label where some people might be into what you're doing but a lot of them just see it as a job – there's a genuine love for metal there. Through staying true to that and doing their own thing they've carved out a very specific niche that they control, and as an artist it's wonderful to be a part of that."over the years. Della Zouch is a new pseudonym but the man behind the name is no stranger to house music. With an introduction to the scene firstly as a DJ some 12 years ago he then went on to work in A&R and promotion at some high profile labels. Now Della runs two of his own labels full time and his musical inspiration is channeled through ‘Della Zouch’.

His 1st productions have being snapped up by Kote Records and ALiVE Recording and with countless remixes due for release, it seems Della Zouch is a name you will be hearing a lot more in the coming months.

Kill For Company are two Manchester musicians, Michael Banfield plays a unique self-manufactured hybrid guitar/bass and Mark O`Donoughue drums and percussion.
Kill For Company’s sound came with Michael’s big idea, something he had toyed with since doing a guitar tech course in Manchester. Michael created the “Guibass” in essence a lead guitar with two bass strings at the low end, re-jig the pickups, adjust the strings and then split the signal through a bass and lead amp. Much easier said than done, despite all advice to the contrary the “Guibass” was born. Once Pedals and adjustment to his playing technique were added the results were formidable, They surprisingly found you could get a really full sound in the studio and at live showcases.
Mark and Michael quickly discovered that the instrument gave Kill For Company massive freedom to experiment, the recordings could be done live in rehearsal rooms on Michael’s mobile studio and production done back at home.
  The first EP “Money Now” quickly sold out and brought the duo to the attention of Amazing Radio, Salford City Radio, ManchesterRadioOnline, 4QMagazine, Rainy Skies magazine and Michelle Hussey at BBC Introducing. 
  After a sell out show for their second EP “Alternative To Living” @ The Deaf Institute Manchester a clothing endorsement with FLY53, signing to Longevity Records and "Black and White" being hand picked by Tom Robinson to be on his BBC Introducing Mixtape. National airplay on BBC6Music and some great festivals like LakeFest followed. 
  With 2014 starting off with a Special BBC Introducing Gig @Ruby Lounge and BBC6Music play off Steve Lamacq. Kill For Company now have their 3rd EP “Bag Of Doubts” featuring artwork by renowned Manchester artist SLM set for release on the 30th May 2014 with the Launch Gig @MRO Black Room on the same night.

Playlove was born as a Sunday..s Child named Nathalie Brunner in Vienna 1981. Her parents live in Nigeria (West Africa) at that time where she spends most of her childhood surrounded by sun, sea and a lot of love. She is addicted to music from the beginning on. Dancing on the backseat of the car to Depeche Mode, Madonna, Prince and all the other records her parents were listening to. Playlove early gets in contact with electronic music styles such as trip hop, jungle and techno. Love at first sight! She buys her first turntables at the age of 19 under the influence of her uncle Tom who earns his money as a dj in London, New York and Miami. In a little while Nathalie starts spinning at the parties she launches together with her close friends from the Team O¨KM (association for the preservation of austrian body-music).

Ever since Playlove spends her time djing, working as an audio engineer and organizing parties. In 2003 she starts setting up her own clubnights (Dual Sensor System - Welcome To Electro Boogieland) that finally lead to the opening of the now legendary club 'Cabaret Renz' in Vienna. Alongside she programs the electronics for the jazz band 'Auddiction', joins 'Acid Eddy & die Ho¨hlenmenschen' for experimental live showcases, forms 'Bunny Hop' an audio-visual live act and helps setting up the underground techno parade/demonstration FreeRePublic 2003 in Vienna. Playlove leaves Vienna In 2004 to start as a promoter in Munich. She begins her career at Michael Reinboths well-known Compost Records and moves to Upstarts underground label legend Disko B and the affiliated Chicks On Speed Records. Soon she finds her club residency at 'Rote Sonne'. Still unable to rest, she lives and workes in the Bavarian capitol, always in a hurry to move things, start new projects, fill spaces and decides to join Electric Indigos 'Female Pressure' Network.

After these very wild years it was time for her to move on. In 2008, just one day after she finished studies and passed her exams in Munich, Nathalie moved to Berlin. As a goodbye present, Disko B sent her to play at their Labelnight at Club Tresor Berlin. The enthusiastic club-promoter invited her to be resident at this legendary Club right away. After a little while working as a full time dj around Europe she was seeking for a new challenge and found it as a film editor in Zurich (Switzerland). Still in 2008, still addicted to bass and with her lovely attitude she became a shooting star in the local underground techno scene.

Playing at the finest underground in- & outdoor events around Switzerland, Playlove soon was resident in the major clubs and festivals such like Hive, Cabaret, Lethargy and Schatzalp. In 2009 her good friend DJ Nat invited her to become part of the Scandal! Crew, who are well-known as the freakiest bunch of crazy woman doing scandalous underground-parties in and around Zurich since 2005. With her special energy she soon organized a regular party for the crew every three months at Club Cabaret.

Beside organizing events she is well booked with her unique mixture of trippin techno, dirty house and deep detroit. This vienna girl with her big music-lovin heart rocks the dancefloors of this planet!
