IN life we often make ourselves wrong for just being ourselves.

We beat ourselves up trying to fit in.

But what if we instead chose to try understanding ourselves more deeply. Asking ourselves WHY.

From understanding we create space for forgiveness and releasing the blame we carry around for not being "enough" according to someone elses standards.

When we begin to UNDERSTAND why our bodies, minds, and souls do what they do we suddenly see why it's felt so hard.

From there we can forgive, accept, and love.

But as long as you don't look to understand but instead just deamonize and work against yourself for being who you are - love and forgiveness is virtually impossible.

SACRED SPACE.

I'll be honest, for so long I didn't even REALLY know what this meant. I remember when I finally created my first "meditation nook" and it was practically revolutionary.

But creating space for yourself is so much deeper than just having a spot in your house you enjoy. It's about mental, emotional, AND physical space.

It's sacred.

It's a sacred boundary to uphold and treat like it is SACRED.

It's not just a place. It's not just a spot. It's not just cushions, it is representative of your CAPACITY to hold more in life both outside AND within yourself.

It is ESSENTIAL.

And the space does not get created or upheld by accident.

It requires intentionality to create space like this and even further intentionality to uphold the sacredness of it.

I have had family in town for a few weeks now, and they will be here awhile longer. With having my family staying with us I've been confronted with a lot of old wounding coming back up again.

I've been triggered and running away.

For much of my life I have made decisions while fearing judgement. For me my fear of judgement is ultimately rooted in a fear of abandonment and fearing that if I am judged then love will be removed and then if I'm not loved then I'm not going to be okay or survive.

Oh the drama of the human brain.

The reality is, we are all always being judged.

EP 61 FEAR, JUDGEMENT, ABANDONMENT, AND LOSING LOVE

Today was a huge day for me, my family, and for this business.

For the first time since having my first son back in 2017 I have officially believed in myself enough to invested in full time childcare not only for him, but also for my 12mo son.

This is a huge leap of faith both financially and emotionally. I can still barely believe it. But I know I can make it work. My mental health needed this more than I can even express.

It's time to go all in... Oh and we might be moving again soon. Tune in to find out why!

SO much up in the air, but I trust and I surrender while acting in alignment to my desires. Hence the episode today.
