Vanishing Act

In 2020-2022, when I recorded the ATOLLS album, I started with layers of upright bass, electronics and tapes, alone in my studio. Afterwards, I gave these tracks to musicians whose work I loved and whom I trusted. I told them: "Please improvise whatever you feel to my Music. That will be the exact right thing - all it needs for beauty." 

It was the biggest pleasure, to witness a beautiful stream of musical landscapes and meditations grow from this simple impulse. The process apparently formed the album ATOLLS: A wholeness that transcended its singular pieces. 

Somewhen along the way of finishing the album, I asked myself "Why stop exploring here?" I was curious what other musicians would do with our final recordings... I handed the finished tracks of TINY OBJECTS to a variety of great musicians: "Just take this and do what you feel you should do with it."

The result is in your hands - an exciting album of immersive ambient, wild electro-punk, vibrating drum & bass Music and so much more! A surprising wholeness born from the spirited minds of blessed creative people.
We are part of a bigger unity. We start feeling it, the moment we open our hearts and  souls to listen truthfully.

Dust Für Fixed Media (2022-2023)

German singer and songwriter Claudia Hoffmann, known as LiebesFräulein, has released her first English-language song. The song is entitled “A World United” and deals with the longing for peace in a world plagued by wars. Claudia Hoffmann's lyrics were written against the backdrop of the current political situation and the numerous armed conflicts, which do not allow her to rest.
Claudia Hoffmann has already taken in war refugees herself and is deeply affected by current events. With her new song, she wants to be a mouthpiece for all those who live in war zones and whose voices are often not heard.
She refers not only to the conflict between Israel and Palestine, but also to the crises in Ukraine, Syria, Myanmar, Afghanistan, Somalia and the looming tensions between Taiwan and China. Her central concern is to remind us that the people affected want peace and must not be forgotten.
The composition and guitar sounds for “A World United” were created by Hans Tröger from Dresden and singer-songwriter Conny Kanik from Leipzig. 
The song was produced and arranged by Fehse Sound from Dresden. Particularly noteworthy is the choir, which reinforces the song's message - it consists of the voices of the singer's friends from Germany and Ukraine.

The lyrics of the song are touching with their haunting words:
“Can you imagine that you live where you want, that you love how you feel, that you dream without fear? Can you believe that it's true what they say that it's good what they're doing,
In a world that's so gray? ....”

With “A World United”, LiebesFräulein wants to send a strong signal for peace and appeals to humanity. 

The song will be available on all popular music platforms from June 2024 and is already available on Soundcloud.
