'Wishing Well' started out as just being a solo bass piece - and I almost finished it there too! Glad I decided to add to it though as it really brings the atmosphere to life.

When I was younger for many years I rowed on a small boat: in the morning the sea of Sicily just rippled, the sun rising slowly in the sky, the cool of the breeze. During these short walks on the sea I was happy but I did not think much to those who had taught me to row .. Now strangely as I remember those beautiful feelings I think to my uncle Francesco who taught me to row and that gave me then the feelings that this evening I tried to express in music .....
