this track is a really weird IDM-esque mess of samples. this contains synth lines taken from my Bass Station II, my Volca Bass, and a Minimoog ran into an amp. it also uses a tonguedrum sample, a recording of my dad playing guitar, and some weird recordings of me that i recorded for a game modification back in 2008.

B - Wouter van Leeuwen - hello, my friend

very experimental acid tune, utilizing ableton's crazy warp features to make some glitchy melodies. the main 303 line was created using some Korg DS-10 samples, the pad is some random stretched EDM FM synth loop, and the second synth line was done using my Volca Bass and some crazy pitch modulation.

07 - Wouter van Leeuwen - i inhaled too much acid and now i'm melting

a bit different from my usual stuff with the dub techno vibe but i enjoy this one a lot. main synth was done using JuceOPLVSTi, samples were taken from all sorts of stuff including a reversed tongue drum sample and a phone recording of a DJ Admin performance.

some trippy minimal stuff. Cobalt was used for the dark synth pad, and Synth1 for the sub bass. uses various drum machine samples, from an Akai Tom Cat to a Linndrum.

a more proghouse track. i didn't use any hardware on this, the main synths were done in Cobalt and the brass was done with Synth1. it also uses a Casio VL-1 drumloop so there's that.

this track strings together some real life percussion with classic drum machine stuff. it's kinda new-wave sounding in a way.
other than that it makes heavy use of the Volca Bass and it's insane pitch LFO, and the rest was done with the Bass Station.
